BEST Retreat in the Cabin dei Biker, RIDE TO THE BACK 40,

Hai trovato la tua casa lontano da casa! Questo bungalow cabina per bici è il rifugio perfetto per la destinazione. Sia che tu abbia intenzione di esplorare tutto ciò che ha da offrire il nord-ovest dell'Arkansas, o se hai intenzione di rimanere su due ruote sul sentiero, questo è il posto che fa per te! Goditi lo scenario naturale che ti circonda mentre ti rilassi su uno dei tre ampi portici coperti di questo angolo, nascosto a pochi passi dai sentieri di Back 40. Sì, mi hai sentito bene, WALK O BIKE alla traccia, NESSUNA AUTO NECESSARIA! :)

Radunati intorno al fuoco scoppiettante o prendi un pisolino sotto gli alberi nell'amaca. Fai quello che il tuo cuore desidera perché ti sentirai come a casa!

Cucina completa con tutte le utility che puoi immaginare.

L'appartamento seminterrato è la residenza dei proprietari quando non è in viaggio. Posso essere affittato in determinati periodi dell'anno con preavviso. Messaggio Linda se sei interessato a prenotare l'intera proprietà.

Ovviamente avrete accesso a tutta la residenza al piano superiore, compreso il ripostiglio, i portici e il pozzetto di fuoco, nonché il posto auto coperto. C'è anche spazio per parcheggiare dall'altra parte della strada fino a quando non si blocca la parte non asfaltata di Northampton Dr.

Il sito RV è disponibile per un costo extra da affittare con allacciamenti completi, inclusi 50amp, acqua e fogna se si dispone di tubi e tubi aggiuntivi sufficienti. È inoltre possibile utilizzare il sito per una barca o camper limitato a una settimana e con un preavviso di una settimana intera. Il costo sarà di $ 30 al giorno in più per il parcheggio. Per favore, invia un messaggio a Linda con una settimana di anticipo se sei interessato. L'appartamento monolocale nel seminterrato è disponibile anche per l'affitto di adulti solo su accordo speciale, quindi per favore chiedete.

A blessing for us!

This property is beautiful! Located in the woods at the end of a paved road in northwest Arkansas, very close to the Missouri border. It has a woodsy, log cabin feel with a large porch at the front of the facility. The back porch has a nice balcony as well, looking over the garden and more feeders. The home owner, Linda is a dear, sweet person. She is artistic, enjoys gardening, does projects on the property and displays lots of feeders for birds, squirrels, chipmunks, etc. Not to mention that she is very accommodating and relaxed - we couldn’t have asked for a better host and home! We highly recommended this location to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway in the woods!

Great mountain biking getaway

Great location just steps away from the back 40 trail! Cabin is very clean and quiet. Perfect for coffee (or wine) on the porches. Linda our host was fabulous! It was like having our own personal trail guide. She gave great suggestions and routes to take. And even brought me extra bandages when I fell off my bike. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully we will be back soon! So many trails and so little time. Loved our stay.

Quiet! Comfortable! Roomy! Wildlife Viewing! Quiet!!!

Seldom do we stay in such a roomy, comfortable, QUIET place! The upstairs of a two level duplex, we were more than pleasantly surprised at its size, it’s location (at the end of the street, nestled in the woods), the extant kitchen amenities (I cook a LOT) plus the comfort of the beds. The owner lives below (on-site) and she is just WONDERFUL!!! She is helpful in every way! Fire pit outside, starter material, lighter and wood are readily available but be careful of how much wine you drink while you enjoy a very pleasant evening outside! Laundry is ez access and all appliances are in excellent shape. You might stay in more ‘modern’ places but you will not find a more engaging, comfortable place!

Back 40

This was our first visit to the area and we will definitely be back. The host made us feel as though we were old friends coming for a visit. She gave us great suggestions of places to go see and showed us all the hiking trails in the area. The cabin was in a perfect location for quiet and restfulness. We will plan on staying with Linda each time we come back.

Say "Yes!", to This 5-Star Property

Open the door to your new home-base: a very clean, well-maintained, nicely-appointed property. There's a full kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals, & after a day filled with whatever adventures you choose to partake in, you can count on a warm shower & a good night's sleep in a comfy bed made up with nice linens. Don't hesitate on booking Linda's cabin!

Very nice cabin

We were visiting family in Bella Vista. The cabin was so nice and cozy that we all wished we could have spent more time there. Very nice complete with grill ( that we wished we could have used family cooked every meal). Clean comfortable and a very nice location. Would highly recommend!

Super clean and quiet

Loved this property. Nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and enjoying the peace and quiet. Linda, the host, lives in the unit below and was helpful and friendly, but was very considerate of our space and use of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

We were in town visiting family, and this cabin was an awesome place to both crash and just “get away” for some quiet time. Linda was a great host and made sure both our needs were met and that we were comfortable. This is a great place to stay!

Bella Vista Cabin

Cabin was extremely comfortable and wonderfully decorated and appointed. Area was perfect as a home base to explore NWA. Hostess Linda was warm and friendly and made the stay wonderful.

Amazing place.....amazing owner!

This property was spot on as it was listed. The scenery and the cabin itself could not have been better and that is not to mention the owner. She was awesome.....truly responsive and as helpful as she could possibly be. The access to the Back 40 was outstanding as it was only 100 or so yards away. We feel like we made a new friend, have a second home, and will certainly be going back in the future!!

Loved the property and Linda was great! It was a little further from town than we anticipated.

We loved the property. Linda was great and everything we needed was already there. The only downside is that there is only one shower. A small drop in shower where the linen closet is in the front bath would make the house perfect. Will definitely stay again!

The Perfect Stay

We came into town for the Epic Rides OZ Trails race last weekend and stayed at Linda's place. Couldn't have been more happy with all aspects of the weekend, but the cabin was one of those perfect parts to the stay. Everything in the cabin was beyond our expectations, and we stayed for 5 days and everything we needed was there. Bonus to the location is that you can drop right into a little secret trail across the street that takes you right down to the Back 40 trail system! Linda is the perfect host, she really cared about making our stay perfect. We'll be back next year!

Weekend of Relaxation

The cabin is a perfect weekend get-a-way to relax and renew yourself. Out enough to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the woods, but close enough to historic and tourist locations if you do want to get out and explore the area. The cabin was spotlessly clean and so welcoming you instantly relax when you enter. The owner Linda was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful making sure we had everything we needed, and was a wealth of information. She was very responsive to calls and text even about the simplest of questions about the area. When you meet her you instantly feel like you have made a new friend. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away or to visit the many nearby tourist locations.

Best Place in Bella Vista

This was our 1st time not using a motel when visiting the area. I wish I would have found this location years ago. Accommodations were Great!!!. Very Clean, Great Location, Great Owner. Owner even got us fishing passes for an area lake. Location was within a few miles of shopping, dining, and area attractions . Will definitely try and book this same location when visiting NW Arkansas in the future. Very highly recommended.
