Located just 5 minutes from the brand new Oz Downhill Bike Park and Blowing Springs trails and 13 minutes from downtown Bentonville, there’s something here for everyone!



The Space:

Our single level home is designed for comfort and ease, offering a spacious layout for your entire group.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed and the third bedroom is equipped with twin beds.

The living room serves as a cozy gathering space with a decorative fireplace and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker. The home has two full bathrooms and one additional half bathroom. The outdoor area includes a private fenced-in yard and screened in patio. Guests also have access to a dedicated laptop friendly workspace and high speed internet.



Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entirety of our single level home, except one locked closet and two locked cabinets.

Our property is perfectly positioned to offer you the best of Bella Vista, whether you are an avid adventurer or looking for a peaceful escape. Nature enthusiasts will love our proximity to scenic cycling trails and lush parks, all reachable within a five to ten minute drive or short bike ride. Golfers can enjoy premier courses just minutes away, while families can explore nearby museums and local shopping spots for a full day of fun. After your outings, you are only a short trip from a variety of dining options where you can enjoy a delicious meal before returning to the comfort and privacy of the home.



Getting Around:

There are many adventure options very close to this home.

The Oz Downhill Bike Park, Back 40 Trail System, Blowing Springs Park & Bike Park, Razorback Greenway, Bella Vista Golf Courses (9!), and Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel are all within around 3 miles from the property, an easy bike ride or short drive away!



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property. Pet fee does apply to all pets, and is $40 per pet per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time. Your pet is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left by your pet.



The fireplace is non-functional at this time.



Bella Vista also offers extensive amenities that require Guest Passes. These include access to lakes & golf courses so please let us know ahead of time if you would like guest passes- they can sometimes take a few days for the POA to fulfill guest past requests. Bike trails do not require guest passes. Although there are a lot of fun amenities, and we hope that our guests have a great time making memories and enjoying the space, THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE and violators will be asked to leave the property and fines will be associated with violating house rules.

We have a dedicated concierge staff , so feel free to ask me about what other things you & your crew can add on to your stay! I can customize a package and help with all the details to make sure your trip goes off without a hitch. We have partnered with the best local small businesses to make sure you want to come back time and time again! Just to name a few, we can stock the fridge, facilitate bike rentals, offer in home massage, in home chef, and unique ideas for those special moments that turn in to memories that last. There is a camera outside the front exterior of the home capable of recording video and audio.

Private entrance through the front door or garage with a door on the back of the house to the backyard. Codes will be provided for easy, stress-free access.
