Welcome to our beautiful 3+ bedroom waterfront vacation rental on Lake Rayburn in Bella Vista, Arkansas! This spacious home sleeps 10 guests comfortably, making it the perfect retreat for families and groups.

Outside you will find our home nestled in the Arkansas native dogwood, redbud, oak and hickory trees, with a stepped path down to your private dock on Lake Rayburn. Expect to see deer, the fox family that lives nearby, hummingbirds and other fauna as you relax on the multiple decks (a main one outside the kitchen which has the built-in gas grill, another outside the bunk room, and a 3rd outside the master bedroom). Off street parking is in the driveway or garage.

Inside you will find an open concept living, kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds (1 california king, 2 queens, and 2 sets of bunkbeds in downstairs living area), 2 bathrooms, ample seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have plenty of space to unwind and feel right at home in every room. With no shortage of fun and games, there is darts in the loft area, and a 65" HD TV in the bunk room. In the main living room, you have 2 couches, 2 chairs, and a 75" HD TV.

This vacation rental is an ideal location in Northwest Arkansas. You are less than a mile from the Buckingham Trailhead for the Back40, and less than 15 minutes to all that Bentonville has to offer (Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Bentonville Square, the expansive mountain biking trail system, etc.). You are less than 5 minutes to Highway 49.
