With unforgettable views of Loch Lomond Lake, two private boat docks and a grass backyard, this tranquil stay is perfect for couples, families, and friends. You'll be seconds from a swim, and about 30 minutes from downtown Bentonville. Our home offers beautiful outdoor patio spaces and a cozy interior to provide the perfect year-round vacation spot equipped with an indoor bar, pool table, fire place, and more.

Girls weekend

The house is beautiful, comfortable and has an incredible view of the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and relaxing at the house when we weren’t out exploring northwest AR.

A Great Getaway

It truly was a nice retreat! We all appreciated how clean it was. Everything seemed to work well. There were plenty of tools in the kitchen. We loved having the kayaks and the chairs down by the dock. The beds were comfortable enough. We were puzzled that there were no kitchen dish towels. We really appreciated the extra time allowed at check-in and check out. It was a lovely home too have as a retreat for my birthday We all loved your home, yet we will probably search out a home with a spa/Jacuzzi. And we all thought an outdoor fire ring would be a great addition. But it did not take away from our enjoyable vacation. Thank you again.

Sibling lake trip

This is a lovely place. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake. It was easy to get in and out to swim or kayak. The house was comfortable and roomy. Just perfect for our group of seven adults!

A great place to rest, relax, reconnect, and recharge!

This is a great location on Loch Lomond in a quiet secluded neighborhood. It is a perfect setting to be with family and reconnect. Lake access was great being only about 75 ft from the house and a gentle slope. Four kayaks are provided for adventures on the water. The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep. Garage parking was also a plus. We would recommend this location..

Beautiful lake view

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time relaxing by the lake. Easy access from the dock to the water with steps for our older family members. The lake was beautiful. We went kayaking, swimming and fishing. The house was very well stocked and very clean.

Beautiful Lake house on Loch Lomond

We enjoyed everything about this fabulous lake house. Extremely well equipped with easy access to the lake’s edge and the generous three car garage availability was much appreciated.This house has everything you need plus so much more!

All Around Amazingly

We usually stay at another house on the same lake but this time for multiple reasons we didn’t. I am glad because we found our new home away from home! This house was exactly what our family needed. It has the best view of the lake and easy access if it had been summer we wouldn’t have left the shore. Plenty of room and a pool table when the weather was bad. The neighbors were friendly and waved every time we drove by. All in all we enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it to any couple or larger group coming to Bella Vista.

Golf Trip 2023

Each morning had amazing sunrises. The view from the kitchen to the lake with a nice cup of coffee was therapeutic. The neighborhood was quite and the house had enough space for everyone to stretch out. Everyone is already excited about the trip back to Bella Vista next year.

Lakefront Home

Beautiful home. Wonderful location. Spent time on the dock swimming and fishing. Kitchen was spacious and beautiful. Home is well appointed. Lots of amenities. We enjoyed our stay and spending time with family. We rented a pontoon boat and got out on the lake. Beautiful Lake.

Amazing views, beautiful property

The house is as beautiful as it appears in the photos!! We were there the week of July 4th; two adults and one toddler. Primary suite: Bed was med/firm and comfortable, bathroom had nice shampoo/cond/body wash available and Q-tips, cotton balls, Neutrogena individually-wrapped makeup removers. Kitchen: well-appointed, including a “Green Pan” skillet and just about anything you could need to cook while there. We only got take-out one time, and that was pizza from the golf course on our way into town. (Pack your own pizzas!) ;-). There was tons of glassware, and even temp storage containers and Ziplocs. Deck: nice very nice upper deck right off the main living area, nice Char-Broil grill with a hot mat provided to wheel it onto. It is NOT screened in - no fan, it has a custom awning - but it DOES have a gate. Everything is in great shape and nothing is rusty/musty. There are solar-powered “party lights” on the upper deck and the lower veranda that create a great atmosphere. Living room: a very comfortable sectional and a very new large Smart TV for relaxing after the sun goes down! I was easily able to log in to Netflix. The dock is FIXED meaning you DO NOT get seasick sitting there trying to read!! I loved it! Its off the ski channel, so a little more “action”. Can walk right into the lake down stairs. I’m out of room for my review, but I can say this was an awesome rental, BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. Loved it - want to come back ASAP!!
