The Space:
This Bella Vista townhouse is the ultimate stay for bikers, golfers, and outdoor enthusiasts looking for the perfect spot to enjoy Northwest Arkansas. This delightful townhome offers stunning views of the Brittany Golf Course and is ideally situated to access Bella Vista's incredible mountain biking trail system.

- The garage is available for vehicle parking or storing gear like bikes and other outdoor equipment.

This quaint townhome has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, and a Smart TV to watch your favorite shows. It also includes an ensuite bathroom and closet. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, a dedicated workspace and closet.

-- BATHROOMS --
There are two FULL bathrooms. The first one is attached to the primary bedroom. The second bathroom is located next to the second bedroom. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
After hitting the trails or sightseeing, prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Aside from all the kitchen basics, you’ll also find a toaster, a blender, and an air fryer.

Sip on morning coffee on the back patio and take in the views of the beautiful Brittany Golf Course. Complimentary coffee provided.
