INIZIO DI INDIETRO 40 PERCORSI CICLO, PONTI DI CRISTALLO, VICINO A DOWN BENTONVILLE. L'Haley Retreat Apartment si trova a solo mezzo miglio dalla famosa pista ciclabile Blowing Springs e dal sentiero escursionistico che collega e si estende per 35 miglia a Fayetteville, noto come "back 40". È immerso tra querce in un ambiente tranquillo. Si trova anche vicino a una clinica e ER, a sei miglia dal famoso Museo di arte americano Crystal Bridges. Si tratta di un nuovo noleggio che presenta moderni appuntamenti di aggiornamento come elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuovi piccoli elettrodomestici, piastrelle effetto legno, grande soffione doccia, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice e un lavandino situato nella camera da letto con un letto king size. La camera da letto ha porte finestre che si aprono su un ponte con mobili da giardino. Offre anche un garage per 2 auto perfetto per riporre o lavorare su Cicli e ha un parcheggio extra adiacente. Le tessere per gli ospiti del Bella Vista Village sono disponibili su richiesta. Guest house ha acqua di pozzo. Acqua in bottiglia disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The host was super helpful and accommodating. Only problem I had was I didn’t know how to unlock the door. I kept putting in the code but didn’t realize you had to turn the bolt. I would absolutely stay here again.

Property is nestled in Back 40, Blowing Springs, Lake Bella Vista MTB clusters, with the Razorback Greenway just at the bottom of the hill. All accessible via bike within minutes. I will look to this property for future trips.

Great place, clean, nice garage, kitchen was well stocked Sulphur water smell was the only downside. I was able to ride from the home to the MTB trails 3 out of 4 days which was awesome.

We could not have asked for a more perfect home! I believe it was an older home (?) but had been completely remodeled. The work done was first class which included a beautiful new kitchen & bath. The double car garage, with opener, was also very handy. We also appreciated the cable TV as we are not members of other streaming networks. The owners provided bottled water as the tap water isn't all that good. The location was serene amongst all the beautiful trees. It's perfect for 2 people!! It's out a little ways from town, but wasn't bad at all. If we were to go to that area again, we would definitely stay in this home. The owners were friendly and provided everything we could possibly need. It will not disappoint!!

Getting into the property was very easy, and we loved the attached garage for loading/unloading. The well water certainly has an odor but it didn't linger. We received a refill of bottled water on day 2, which wasn't requested but was very much appreciated. It was a warm weekend so we gave the AC a little bit of a workout, and it seemed to do just fine. The pillowtop mattress is a little hot for any sweaty sleepers out there, but we were comfortable the second night with the ceiling fan on high. Overall, we very much enjoyed our short stay at Haley Retreat and would recommend Frank and Betty to everyone!

The owners were great and very helpful. House was perfect for two people. Had a few cliches with the internet but that was not the fault of the owners. We were there for two months+ waiting for a new home to be finished. Garage was a real plus for us.

Nice little guest house. Had everything necessary for our stay. Hot water has a strong sulfer smell but i guess that it fairly common to the area.

Super clean, very nice, well stocked kitchen, good hot high pressure shower And maybe one block from the bike trail that took us to slaughter pen which is about a three mile ride. I would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay here for our mountain biking trip! It was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very accommodating. They live next door which helped with a couple of things we needed but other than that they gave us privacy. The garage was big and spacious for our vehicle and bikes. The only downside is the well water has an odor to it but the bag of ice and bottled water offset that easily. We will certainly look to stay here again. Thank you!

Property has easy access to the Razorback greenway via mountain bike trails. Right inbetween Bellavista and Bentonville. Well water onsite could turn some people off, but there was bottled water available, and there are groceries nearby to stock up. Had very nice conversations with the property owners.

Our host were a tentative. Property is exceptionally maintained. Location was perfect! Accessible to Crystal Bridges and other sites. Close to city without being in the city. We will stay again. Thank you Frank and Betty!

The house is great! Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our family of four and an easy to access location. Kitchen is fully stocked, and it was convenient to cook most of our meals there. The garage was also really nice to use during a cold snap.
