Incredibile casa sul lago. Questa casa offre una vista sul lago dalle 4 camere da letto, una cucina e una zona pranzo. Quindi goditi i mazzi quasi infiniti. Sia il prendisole, il ponte ombreggiato e il portico schermato rendono perfetti gli spazi esterni. Questa casa ha una pendenza eccezionalmente facile per l'acqua. Perfetto per gli ospiti del matrimonio, gite in mountain bike, blues per biciclette, riunioni di famiglia, ritiri nel fine settimana, gite in golf, settimana della fiera dell'artigianato, giochi casalinghi con il rasoio e altro ancora. Probabilmente una delle migliori case per godersi gli Ozarks. Questa casa è su un terreno quasi pianeggiante che è incredibile. Aprire l'area del posto auto coperto con un vialetto per parcheggiare facilmente 8-10 auto. ** Abbiamo due proprietà in affitto nella zona di Windsor, quindi contattaci per una doppia prenotazione se hai bisogno di due case.

Lovely property with beautiful views of the lake from several different decks! Our dogs had a great time and even went for a canoe ride with us. Weather was unseasonable warm (upper 80's and 90's!), so we spent a lot of time outdoors and then on the covered screen porch when we needed shade. Kitchen was very well outfitted. We did a lot of family cooking together.We loved that there was a new dining table (beautiful live edge wood) and chairs with backs (different than the listing that showed bar stools) because our brother has back issues. We all gathered at the table for meals and also completed a 1000 piece puzzle!We enjoyed bluebirds and carolina wrens singing, and a pair of wood ducks swam by a few times. Several deer grazed on the neighbor's property around dusk.Beds were comfortable and every room was well furnished for our needs.We also appreciated the covered parking for our cars and bikes.We absolutely LOVED the Crystal Bridge Art Museum in Bentonville! Amazing architecture, diverse art collection, very friendly staff, and free admission! We went twice to (almost) see it all. Enjoyed the Frank Lloyd Wright house too. We'll have to come back after the new addition...We'd recommend a sunset dinner on the deck at LakePoint.All in all our vacations was fabulous! Thanks to our hosts for meeting all our needs and then some...

A beautiful home on the lake

We had a nice time getting away as a family and floating in the water. We enjoyed making all our meals and hanging out by the water. It was very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of bathrooms and we love to two living rooms. The screened in porch was so nice every morning as we drank our coffee.

Disappointed with home.

Cleanliness was far below acceptable: 1. Downstairs couch's sheets were not clean with crumbs and dirt present. 2. Kitchen had many issues-range hood was disgusting with dead bugs and cob webs present, oven was filthy, sink stopper was in utensil drawer 3. Trash in the couch cushions and under the couch. Two dinning room chairs had legs that were broken. None of the sliding door locks worked. Drain in hall bathroom shower didn't drain and it took two days for a plumber to arrive. Hall way bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We will not stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable stay

Neighborhood is quiet; home is very comfortable. Love the car port for parking. Family vacation with our adult children - everyone had their own space and great to have covered and outdoor decks to lounge on. Kayaks were too filled with spider webs for kids to use, but the lake access is very good. Lots of wildlife to watch and easy access to Bella Vista restaurants/etc and nearby Bentonville. We stay in Bella Vista every year and this has been the best home we have rented. Will definitely be back.

Relaxation station

The decks and view of the lake were just awesome and so relaxing close to golf courses and we played two days and hit Wall amp for a show. Love the POA amenities as well. Beautiful spot. Can’t wait to go back again.

Siblings Trip

We had 3 couples, first ever siblings trip, and had the best time at Kindra’s Lakehouse. The house was perfect with plenty of room! Beautifully decorated. We loved the screened porch, view of the lake was great as well as the yard and firepit. Brenda was super to work with. We would gladly go back!!

Kindra's Lakehouse

Kindra's Lakehouse was wonderful. Had everything we needed, was clean, and beautiful. The location is great, just note that it is in the mountains and roads are curvy. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Great outdoor vacation!

I was looking for a property with access to water and great decks for us to enjoy the outside beauty and wildlife. This was it! The decks are great and we even spent mornings and afternoons in the screened-in porch. We ate all our meals at the table outside and it accommodated all 6 of us. A family of deer joined us each evening and we loved watching the little ones play. We used the 3 kayaks every day and swam in the lake. The water was fantastic on this quiet cove. We had plenty of room for us and our guests and their 2 boys. I cooked all of our meals and the house had everything I needed. You may prefer to bring your own knife but there are several good knives and pans there already. If you have favorite pillows then I would suggest that you bring them. Other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. We brought our dog and she absolutely loved looking out the screened in porch while we read and drank our coffee in the morning. We watched the squirrels play, herrons fly back and forth, a weasel, and a beaver cross the property. The neighbors are super nice and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming again!

Lakeside Fun

Kindra’s place was a great location for all that the area has to offer. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults to have privacy when needed. The porch was a great place for coffee and winding down. Even though the temps were high it was also nice to have the fire pit area available to end the day.

Ideal for family vacation

Very pleasant, peaceful and spacious lakefront home with great outdoor spaces: decks, screened porch, nice fire pit with wood provided, private dock. Lots to do nearby. We were a family of 6 adults, 2 infants and a 3 year old and we found plenty to keep us all happy during our October visit. Owner provided access to an indoor swimming pool. Both Kindra and the local manager were very helpful.

Family fun

4 adults and 3 young children had plenty of space inside and outside. Easy walk down to lake, kayaks, canoe and dock. The deck space and screened in porch was amazing. Had everything we needed. Owners communication and flexibilty was much appreciated. Planning for next year!!!
