Stay was okay, house was outdated. Broken tile in kitchen, bathroom sink doesnt drain properly. This is a townhouse, wasnt mentioned in the listing, 1 bedroom upstairs, 2 downstairs. House was spacious, balcony space was nice. Parking was tricky!

This was a very comfortable, roomy place to stay. It was a little further away from Bentonville than I had expected, but the roominess and cleanliness of the property made up for the distance. We only used the upstairs portion but there was plenty of room for a larger family. It was very quiet even though there was only a wall between us and the neighbors. The park behind made dog-walking easy and fun.

The home was clean and in a good location. The downstairs shower has such strong water pressure. It is kind of in a wooden area but right next to a busy road. Our dog came back with ticks so just be cautious when going outside.

We had a great stay! The house was so cute, extremely clean, had all needed amenities, and the hosts were so prompt to respond with any messages. Location was perfect. Even lying in bed listening to the rain felt like a treat!

Relaxing stay!

Check in was quick and easy! Property was in a good location. Close by to parks and pool. Plenty of room for the adults and nice kids room the little ones! Only drawbacks were the cleanliness of some rooms and outdoor areas such as the deck and patio and lack of baby gate to put up in front of the stairs. Kitchen walls and under the beds were dirty and dusty. I used the grill and outside and it was pretty dirty from usage. I couldn’t find a grill brush to clean it off so maybe that was just me. The record player needle was also broken off, but that wasn’t a huge deal because I didn’t use it or planned to use it, it was just something I noticed. Also the screen door got stuck for a long time, but we were finally able to get it unlatched and open. But overall, the property was nice and the property manager was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond!

Pleasant stay

The communication was great and the rental had most everything we needed. It was very cute and comfortable along with being close to everything. We would stay here again. The only minor complaint was that the kitchen could have a few more larger bowls for things such as holding salads as we had to get a little creative a few times because the watermelon was in the one big bowl. But…that’s minor. All in all it was a good stay!! Thank you.

Not What I Expected

It felt like we rented some college fraternity's party house. This place was beat up and in a pretty dingy duplex that felt a bit run down. For close to the same price I paid, I could have rented 2 very nice hotel room suites with a pool, fitness center, free breakfast, etc. To add to it, this place expects you to do their laundry and dishes for them, then they get to leave you a review. That is just the icing on the cake and leaves a bad taste in my mouth on this whole process.

We went to Bella Vista to explore NW Arkansas. Unfortunately, it rained for several days so our activities were mostly confined to indoor stuff. We were thankful this home was clean and comfortable since we spent most of our time there during our stay.

Spring break mountain biking

Clean and comfortable house. Easy to get in and out of. Fun stay, with mountain bike trails and mini golf right outside! The owner was super nice when asking questions about the property.
