“Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

“This place was very, very mediocre at best. The staff was average to poor. Our initial reservation was for three nights, but then we extended it to four nights. When we checked in at the front desk, we were told we had to come back at 9 PM to make sure that the extra day was connected to our three day initial reservation. “The high rating this property has is deceiving. The pictures online were of a unit that must have been newly remodeled and used for the pictures. The unit we were in was not anywhere near the quality that was depicted in the photos. The bathroom had paint peeling off the trim in chunks onto the floor.
