“Staff was incredible friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Rooms are pet friendly and they do have a dander smell and there were some stains in carpet. Beds were comfy. Rooms needed a little update. Advertised to have free breakfast but its onky M-F one sign saif 4am-6am. If you have kids may need to find alternative like we did for traveling on a weekend. We recommed lil lees it was delicious and afforadable. ”

“ My room was not cleaned properly. As soon as I arrived and went to use the bathroom, I found dried urine on the toilet seat. I didn’t report it to the front desk — I just went out, bought cleaning supplies, and cleaned the room myself. This is unacceptable for any hotel. I will not be staying here again. If you choose to stay, be prepared to clean the room on your own. The housekeeping staff appears to be doing the bare minimum and collecting a paycheck for work that is not being done. ”

“The staffer I checked in with was very nice. When we went to the front desk to ask for additional towels our second night there, the gentleman acted confused and kept saying it should’ve been done earlier. Overall a pleasant stay for our time in NOLA though.”
