“The property location was good for the purpose of my visit. However, we needed an earlier check in (By noon), but the room was not available until 2pm or so. For the check out, the hotel room had a reminder back to the door which stated that the checkout was at 12:00 hrs. The housekeeping and front desk, both visit out room and sai the checkout was at 11:00 hrs. “Rust on the fridge, peeling tub with rust around. T.V. Neither phone worked”

“Room walls and doors had stains on them, drawings, cigarette burns on the bedding, bugs, not sure if they were roaches or some other bugs that look like them, it was honestly a very poor value and very low budget room.”

“First there was no hot water like warm showers at best. Room wasn’t cleaned properly, still garbage, crumbs on carpet. Had to ask several times over two days to get a fourth bath towel. Maid service only comes every two days. Hotel in a good under from the French quarter. Your better finding a hotel closer and paying the parking fees.”

“Bathroom door was difficult to slide and the hook in the bathroom wasn't secured because it fell off as I hung my towel. Hotel doors closed really loudly. I could hear every door shut from inside our room. I feel that the hotel has lot quality since our last visits.”
