“We have stayed at a few different Marriott hotels and they are typically amazing and this was no exception. Wonderful staff, clean room and comfy bed/pillows. Was easy to get more towels and other supplies when needed. Lobby and restaurant were gorgeous (although we did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot vouch for the food). We are also in love with the bathroom products - they smell so good and make waking up so nice! ”

We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. “The staff were pleasant, greeted guests as they arrived, answering all questions with a smile, rooms and common areas very clean, parking for all my friends was convenient and close to rooms.
Only one thought - my friend had a permanent cell charger on her night table which was very convenient for an alarm etc. My room, I had to plug in my cell charger to the outlet at the coffee machine. A small inconvenience, and overall, I was very pleased with my room and the facilities! Thankyou”

"I understand everyone is free to as pleased but having a pet lamb walking around during breakfast was absurd. not very hygienic. It also made noise all night. We where told breakfast was from 7:30 but nothing was put out till 8:15. The building is old and characteristical but some maintenance should be done. Not sure of the high reviews for this place.I think it’s based on the type of clientele that’s used to living in run down homes. "
