“Nice quiet neighborhood. Clean and close to places where we wanted to visit. Website and description of amenities need to be updated. There was no hot tub/spa tub, and no washer and dryer. It may have been in the basement, but the door was locked to the lower level. Overall, decent place to stay for the price. ”

“Communication with host was fantastic. He was very nice and very fast to respond even when I felt like it was very late, he was responsive. Location was good, however, it is located in a very small alley with no parking, with the big truck it did get pretty tricky at times. The house itself...a bit quirky since the location was built in 1900. The living space right when you open the door is very cute...the hexagon tiles as photographed are not there. The stairs both entering the house and inside...

“Very clean throughout. Nice setup that allows privacy within the same property. Our 14yo took over the lower floor , which has its own bathroom and kitchenette. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom and kitchen. This is a great newly remodeled housen but it is onan older / less "kept" street having said that- we never felt unsafe at all and we had no issues. Never an issue with parking - there were always multiple spots available on the street right in front of the property. One...

“This experience was my best ever! Place was exactly what it showed on line! Very clean. The host was incredibly helpful and instructions were exact. The place was stocked with coffee, spices and any appliance you might need. A big snowstorm hit while there and we received excellent instructions on what to do and when the snow removal would take place! Highly recommended especially for those needing access to West Penn. Restaurants in the area were good and walkable! Awesome location!’ ”

“Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. ”
