“The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming upon check in. However, the room was damp, dirty, smelly. The blankets had holes in them. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The breakfast was very basic which is fine, but there was no milk for the cereal, I had to search the hotel for someone that works the breakfast area. Turned out to be a young girl sitting in the lobby on her phone. She told me they were out of milk but did run across the street to get some. After finally...
