“Gym was out of Service. Staff was Just Okay. They were sitting behind the counter on their Phone.”

“We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! ”

“We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. “Decent and quiet place to stay ”

“The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

“Good place the rooms actually good and clean the carpets in the corridors old . Daily room service . Some of the electric outlet does not work . Rooms has tv good size refrigerator and microwave . Nice swiming pool but not clear what is the operation hours and how to access it ? ”

“I stayed for one night because I needed to rest; I had just driven for 15 hours. When I arrived and tried to take a shower, it wasn't working. I had to use water from the sink and give myself a quick sponge bath. I'm sorry, but I did not like it.”

“The room and the building in general are in terrible condition and the staff make little effort to keep tbe building clean. For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up. Smoke detector was covered in trash bag, handle on the window was completely broken off and left on the window sill, the outlet plate covers were almost all broken, one of the sinks was...

“Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. ”
