“Gym was out of Service. Staff was Just Okay. They were sitting behind the counter on their Phone.”

“We had a great stay. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The breakfast had a basic but plentiful menu which made it easy to get our kids to eat what was served. This property also had a Casey’s, McDonald’s and a Burger King within walking distance and other restaurants and a Walmart within a short drives distance as well. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again we know a great place to stay! ”

“We especially thought the staff was great. The maintenance man went out of his way to help. What we didn't like was being placed by a family with two large dogs that howled and barked for a good part of the evening. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear everything. The drapes let in a lot of light at the top so the room was quite light at night. and the bathroom fixtures were starting to rust and the toilet lid was lose until the maintenance man came and fixed it. “The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

“Good place the rooms actually good and clean the carpets in the corridors old . Daily room service . Some of the electric outlet does not work . Rooms has tv good size refrigerator and microwave . Nice swiming pool but not clear what is the operation hours and how to access it ? ”

“The room and the building in general are in terrible condition and the staff make little effort to keep tbe building clean. For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up. Smoke detector was covered in trash bag, handle on the window was completely broken off and left on the window sill, the outlet plate covers were almost all broken, one of the sinks was...

“Was very easy to get to right off interstate, breakfast was definitely nothing great but was a clean hotel ”

“I stayed for one night because I needed to rest; I had just driven for 15 hours. When I arrived and tried to take a shower, it wasn't working. I had to use water from the sink and give myself a quick sponge bath. I'm sorry, but I did not like it.”

“This hotel is conveniently located off the free way and a short drive to downtown Omaha. One morning we drive to the riverside park and walking path in Omaha for a lovely morning walk. ”

“This place was horrible. I called and requested when I first arrived to fix the refrigerator and microwave which were both plugged in to be fixed. No one showed up. I had food that needed to be refrigerated. Needless to say that was no good the next day. Took a shower in this gross tub. The toiletries they supplied were previously used and looked dirty. No I did not use the stuff, but I expected it to be fresh and unused.The staff was so nonchalant about the cockroaches they had. I didnot see...

“Room was next to the elevator so listened to that all night. There was a wet stain on the floor that was stepped in so that was gross. Shower only had cold water & very little water pressure but other than that, everything was great.”
