“The staff were wonderful. I had fallen on our trip and sprain both feet before checking in. They graciously gave a a room by the elevator and didn't charge for the second night when we checked out early and went home to seek medical advice!”

“The air condition unit was essentially non functional. The property integrated an updated unit in an old space and the fitment basically blocked all of the cool air from coming in the room. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot during my stay.”

“Upon arrival it was impossible to park in front of hotel. Come to find out it was because the valet was full and they weren’t moving the cars that still needed to be valet. Busy street downtown so it made navigating difficult. Room felt not the cleanest. Floors didn’t feel clean. Sink would not drain due to hair clogging it. Clean washcloth had human hair imbedded in it. Popping noise all night long which was awful for trying to fall asleep. Frustrating due to the price of the room.”
