Despite its tranquil setting, downtown Bellingham`s bustling scene and Western Washington University are just a quick twenty-minute drive away. The Canadian border is a thirty-minute drive to the north, while the Anacortes Ferry, providing access to the San Juan Islands, and La Conner, renowned for the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival, are both conveniently located just an hour`s drive to the south.
