Treehouse Apartment on Acreage/Bay

Treehouse apt. overlooking Lummi bay and San Juan Islands. Heated floors and gas fireplace to keep the morning chill off. Watch passing ships, eagles and herons. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Tell tales sitting around a fire on the beach. Spa out in the travertine steam shower with multiple jets and rain shower head. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen including spices and access to herbs, vegetables and fruit in season. Visit nearby farms for cheese, eggs, veggies, etc. Visit one of Silver Reef Casino’s many choices for fine dining and entertainment. We’re right on the bus line to Downtown Bellingham, or take a bike ride around Lummi Island. The 15 min ferry ride to the island gives access to unique restaurants, artist’s studios and a farmers market. Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Kitchen has pots/pans, dishes and silverware. Propane BBQ on the deck with deck furniture to relax and rejuvenate while soaking in the view. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs, WiFi access, i-pod dock. Great place for kayaking, biking, and hiking or watching for that eagle to fly by. A peaceful setting perfect for a romantic get a way or solitude to work on that book you have wanted to write or simply enjoy me time. The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a nice desk/work space.

The Treehouse is immaculate, well-stocked with helpful provisions, and located in a beautiful surrounding! Communication with the vacation property management was efficient and positive. Check-in was extremely easy and the kitchen is better stocked than my own at home! Our only areas for consideration was that the deck furniture was a little tired and dusty, and the view of the water is obscured a bit more by the house below than we thought from the online photos. Also, the bedroom was extremely comfortable for my mother-in-law but the sofa-bed in the living room area was not very comfortable for me. Not a problem at all if your plans are just for yourself or for a couple to stay in the master bedroom.

Wonderful Getaway!

I wanted to give my daughter a little break from her studies at Western and this was the perfect place! The close proximity to the Lummi Island Ferry meant we could spend a day touring Lummi Island and still get back to enjoy the rest of the day taking in the beautiful view, beach and sauna. The steam shower was fabulous too!The host responded quickly to any questions we had (which were few because everything was exactly as depicted)I am looking forward to coming back and maybe renting the Lodge, the larger house on the property, too.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful get away!

It it wasn't for the weather, the weekend would have been perfect. The location and the accommodations were great and everything was clean and comfortable. Great for a couples get away.

Nice little getaway with a view

Everything you need, lovely place and a lovely spot on the coast. My reason for 4 stars the Sauna had issues and we couldn't getting working properly. The steam shower doesn't really make a full room of steam and after 30min didn't get up to full heat. Nevertheless it was still a lovely place to stay and location

WOW JUST AMAZING!!!

I think the title sums it up. I honestly could live here for the rest of my life. I enjoyed everything that this home has to offer. The view was stunning and amazing, the home was very comfortable and was everything and more to enjoy. The grounds were beautiful and the people were so friendly. I will be back and stay here everytime I come to visit the area. I wanted a relaxing and comfortable place to spend my vacation and this was truly it. Thank you for letting me spend my time enjoying your home. It was by far my most favorite Vrbo home that I have ever stayed in. Again Thank you so much!

Quiet with a great view

My overall rating would have been 5 stars but I'm not a morning person and would have liked heavier curtains or blinds in the bedroom. You will awaken at sun-o'clock.

Beautiful Lummi Island Treehouse

We absolutely loved our stay at the treehouse. It is close enough to B'ham, Blaine etc. that it made visiting friends easy but we still had privacy and our own retreat/vacation. The treehouse is very well appointed and has everything you need to cook, relax. We loved dinning on the deck, strolling through the gardens, kayaking in Lummi Bay (where we saw not one but three harbor seals in a day). We used to live in Bellingham and cannot believe how much the area has changed, so many wonderful things are happening on the Lummi Reservation. We hope to stay again soon.

Unique quiet place to stay with an excellent view of the Lammi Bay and allowed to go to the beach and walk . Sunsets are amazing right in front of you. The main house in front of it his you are allowed to go sit on the front porch ir no one is there and watch the sunsets. Beautiful place with very interesting trees and bushes and flowers that we don’t see in Florida where we r from. The treehouse has a fireplace, laundry , a sauna, overlooking the beach and a steam shower as well as a full kitchen. Bring your own food and ur good to go. Don forget beer and or wine cause it’s an Indian reservation and no alcohol around. Enjoy !!!!

Anniversary Getaway

We had 3 nights in the treehouse and loved our time there! The view, the beach, and the garden were lovely. The herons and eagles were plentiful and made for amazing bird watching. We hope to come back!

This place is a gem. Suite is very well appointed and the kitchen had everything i could have asked for. The view is marvellous and overall the place is quite quiet and private.

They did not let me know the dryer was broken, and were rude about it. I had to go buy clothes, because I specifically planned my whole trip based on that. Photos were misleading. It was clean, but way smaller than they implied- photos are the big clubhouse you do not have access to, i would not stay again, and wasn’t impressed with their responses/attitude about it.

Loved the treehouse!

We stayed over Christmas and rented both rentals on the property. My mom stayed in the treehouse and it was absolutely perfect. Amazing views, cozy living space, comfy bed, and incredible shower!

The place was nice. A tree fell and blocked the driveway on my last day there. The grounds keeper was very quick about coming out and removing the tree. Probably going to stay there again.
