“The stay was a little bit loud as we could hear people going in and out of the halls throughout the night and talking in loud voices. The stay was good except for the state of the items in the room. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. In the room, there were noticeably missing paintings from the wall with the nails pulled out, the fixtures that were metal were all rusted from the lamps on the nightstands to the bars in the bathroom and the paint was peeling on the doors and...

“Hotel lobby was under construction, but was looking very nice. The grounds outside were littered with trash and cigarette butts. The room was clean and smelled heavily of disinfectant. I stayed in a room the farthest from the freeway. It was extremely loud. My door did not shut properly, so hot air blew in, and the air conditioning stayed on almost constantly. “The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good.
I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door.
I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. I spent two nights out of the five that were booked.
The television channels didn’t include any major networks or any local news.

“Beds were clean and comfy. Elevators super slow. My parents stayed on the first floor right in front of the pool and found to live roaches in their room. We checked in on a Saturday afternoon for one night. Staff wasn’t rude, but they definitely were not inviting. Convenient location, however after coming in from dinner Saturday night, lots of half dressed women and men hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. Not sure if they were guests or just hanging out. Definitely not family oriented...

“The room smelled like it was cleaned with old mop water. The carpet felt like water was poured on it and left, which made the whole room smell like soured water. I called the front desk several times, either they didn’t answer the phone or some would tell me that they would come and see but lo and behold no o e would ever showed up. I will never stay at a Days Inn again. ”
