    This 100 year old home is loaded with charm and was the queen of the shore in its hey day. This charming ocean view, 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit went through a complete remodel and completed May 2023!!. All new appliances, furniture, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar. This unit welcomes you, your family, friends or reunion to ocean living.

    No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 6 beach badges, 6 backpack beach chairs, 6 beach towels and 2 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.

    You will never want to leave deck. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience. This home may also be your potential cozy winter getaway, the ocean is beautiful year round!. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking.

Property manager was truly great to work with. Check in was fantastic. Location was fabulous. Loved that all the basics we needed were there. This was our 2nd stay and it was wonderful both times. Very minor things - closets could’ve had some hangers…but worth mentioning, carpet in living room could be replaced and the outdoor table/chair set is rusting out - basic wear and tear associated with being outdoors and near the ocean …but time for a replacement. Was worried about feet in flip flops getting pinched by accident on rusty metal. The property was very clean which is important to me. Hope to be back a 3rd time for sure!!! Great vacation spot!

Great spot

This house was clean, updated, had a great balcony, and room for 2 toddlers to crawl in the living room too. Short walk from the beach and close to restaurants. Overall great spot.

Great Location, up to date

Enjoyed this place, the bedrooms are cozy but the deck is excellent. This spot is a great base of operations for days at the beach. Lot of stairs, but if your group can handle that, go for it.

Need to recognize that this property has multiple tenants, that is, there is tenant on first floor and two tenants in rear of property and in turn you are sharing the area and this can be okay if the other tenants don't act as if they own the shared items, such as outdoor shower, grill, entry to the second floor, etc.Also recognize that the advertised twin bed in room 4 is a futon and very uncomfortable.The clothes washer malfunctioned and had an odor and we were forced to use machines in basement during our stay. I assume the property manager has corrected the problems with the clothes washer.

Awesome house. One of the best places we’ve stayed at the Shore. Clean, plenty of room, great deck with view of ocean and so close to beach. Being able to get up and see the sunrise over the ocean and go for long walks on boardwalk was amazing. They even provided plenty of chairs for the beach. Host very responsive. Highly recommend this house.

Best Family Beach Vacay

The location was perfect for having 4 littles under 3 for a beach vacation! We could come home for naps in under 5 minutes and go right back after! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is so cute and safe. We were also very impressed the kitchen having everything we could ever need! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Family Wedding Weekend

What a great house to rent for the weekend and the weather could not have been better for our cousin to get married. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this house, it is clean, close to everything and so close to the ocean!!!!!!

Our stay in Belmar

The house was everything we had hoped for. It was very close to the beach and the view from the deck was great. Having the beach chairs and beach tags was an added bonus. The only thing I would suggest is to have a broom and dust pan available.

Perfect location. Property manager is very nice and attentive. House is fully stocked. Plenty of everything, including gates to block children from stairs. Great deck with table for dinner with view of the ocean. Very clean and well attended.

Belmar Vacation House

It would be helpful if we could have checked in at an earlier time. You lose a whole day with a 4 PM check in time. The cleaners were still at the house when we were able to get into the house at 4. The kitchen was well stocked and functional.
