Spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia 1. A 5 isolati dalla spiaggia di Silver Lake con spettacolari viste sul lago da molte camere e vista sull'oceano dall'ampio ponte al 2 ° piano e alcune camere al 2 ° e 3 ° piano.

Questa gemma è una bellissima casa vittoriana, unica nel suo genere a Belmar! Questo è un grande quartiere orientato alla famiglia.

NON AFFITTIAMO A GIOVANI GRUPPI !! Deve avere almeno 40 anni (è richiesta la prova dell'età).

Entrate nella porta principale ed entrate nel nostro ampio soggiorno (con divano letto) e nella grande tv a schermo piatto. Si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo che è aperta e può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Dalla sala da pranzo si vede la grande cucina con ripiani in granito e fornello a gas per chi ama cucinare.

La vera gemma al primo piano è il ponte avvolgente con vista su Silver Lake. Uno dei posti migliori in casa per rilassarsi e distendersi!

Il 2 ° piano dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. La prima camera da letto è enorme e ha un letto matrimoniale con una porta sul ponte del secondo piano che ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Mentre giaci a letto hai anche una vista sul lago d'argento. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e si gode anche una vista sul lago. Anche la terza camera da letto è molto grande e ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato recentemente rinnovato, che è enorme e ha una doccia e una vasca da bagno separata. C'è anche un bagno completo molto grande nel corridoio al 2 ° piano con una vasca piedi artiglio.

Il terzo piano ha 2 camere, una con un letto matrimoniale e una grande camera con un divano letto che si apre su 2 letti singoli o 1 letto king. C'è una TV a schermo piatto in questa stanza se vuoi semplicemente usarla come spazio per ritrovi o angolo / stanza per bambini.

I nostri posti preferiti sono sicuramente i meravigliosi ponti avvolgenti con vista su Silver Lake e sull'oceano. Questo spazio è ideale per leggere un libro o sorseggiare una bevanda. C'è anche una doccia esterna in questa casa. Ottieni 4 pass per la spiaggia e sedie a sdraio con questo noleggio.

TARIFFE / DISPONIBILITÀ: noleggio invernale disponibile (farebbe mensile, settimanale, bisettimanale, fine settimana, ecc.). Stagione estiva settimanale da sabato a sabato in luglio / agosto. Facciamo anche affitti per il fine settimana tutti i mesi TRANNE luglio e agosto.

La lavanderia è al primo piano e 3 TV a schermo piatto sono in casa. Il vialetto può contenere fino a tre auto. Incluso nel noleggio estivo sono quattro badge da spiaggia e alcune sedie a sdraio.

Great location for what we were there for. Everything was beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and easy to get into. We actually wished we could have stayed there longer! Front porch was a great place to hang out with both the table and chairs and the sofa. Very clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend the place to others.

This house had all the necessities we required. Beautiful home close to the beach with various eating options close by. Three car driveway and street parking available for all of our vehicles. Beach passes a plus as well as beach chairs available for use. Nice porch with lake view for sitting/eating and hanging out.

Great Location for Multi-generational beach trip

House location can't be beat. 4 blocks from beach - and walkable to main street. The house is an older victorian but very suitable for needs - the wrap around porch is awesome and rare for the area! Kitchen provided necessary items for cooking - owners were great to communicate with. Great for family to share but note that one bath is shared by 4 of the sleeping spaces unless you are sharing the one in the master bath - stairs might be hard to navigate for young children or those with walking concerns - all bedrooms require access by stairs. I would def. rent this place again. (Must bring your own sheets - which is the only drawback) - although they do provide a rental place for them.

Charming House

Our family stayed at this property for 6 days last week, and from the minute we stepped inside we felt at home. It’s an older home but has been modernized inside without compromising the beauty of the home. Very clean, comfy beds. Lots of charm and character. Everything you need is here and most importantly, the host is great, very accommodating and always available to help. Our favorite spot is the downstairs porch with comfy lounge chairs and a table/chairs for us to enjoy coffee, snacks, aperitif and dinner overlooking the lake. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely return.

Great location!

The location (1.5 blocks from the beach) with a full view of the lake is really fantastic! The front porch is the hang-out spot. Great breeze, view, and plenty of seating. Beds are comfortable and the overall layout is good. We had six adults and two kids, and it worked really well for us.

Great View & Location

Perfect setting sitting on the front porch with a view of the lake. This was our second time staying here. The house has a lot of character it dates to the late 1800's. Being an older home you have to be okay with the charm & quirks which come with it - which we are. It was a very short walk to the beach. And it was great being able to brings the pets with us. It made it a true family vacation to have all of us there.

My sisters and I met for a family reunion. The house was big enough and was in a great location. It is a very old home with narrow steep stairs which was a challenge for one of my sisters. Housekeeping was not that great, barely any toilet paper in the bathrooms, 1/4 a roll to none. It also had ants in the kitchen so we did not want to cook after finding them everywhere. The owner offered a pest control service , but the house was closed because of using the a/c. so we passed on that. Owner was very responsive to issues.

Excellent house for wedding weekend

I rented this house (along with another nearby owned by the same landlord) for our wedding weekend in Spring Lake / Belmar. The house was as described, clean, and the perfect backdrop for wedding preparation pictures. The wraparound porch with the view of Silver Lake and the ocean was one of the highlights. It is an old Victorian but there is central air in most of the rooms besides the very top floor. Linens and towels were not provided as noted in the listing; this arrangement is common along the Jersey shore. The landlord recommended a local provider, Blue Cottage Linens, which did a great job. Communication with the landlord was great and there were no issues during check in or checkout. We're not a typical Belmar party crowd so the landlord had no problem hosting a wedding party, and we had no issues with the neighbors by hanging out on the front porch late and not being too loud. Ample street parking, at least in late May / early June. Great experience and really added to our wedding weekend. Highly recommend!

Great house by the beach!

Spent a few days here with the family in May 2024. Great walking distance from the boardwalk for the kids to use their scooters. Street parking and driveway parking was a plus. Owners were super friendly and were quick to respond to questions about the house. Kids asked if we could stay there again!

A very peaceful stay

Great old house. Owners were very upfront about any possible issues even before we got there. The fifth bedroom was the only problem for us since we needed 5 private bedrooms with doors but we made it all work. Its a beautiful old house with tons of charm and within walking distance to the beach and some shops.

Beach house in need of repair

The house is located close to the shore and has parking. It is an adequate 4-5 bedroom house because the 5th bedroom does not have a door for privacy. The front storm doors and the door to the 2nd floor balcony needs repair as well as a few other areas of the house. Everything was functional but it would have been nice if it was better maintained.

Beautiful old home, convenient to beach

It was as clean as a home this age could be, but there were ants in the kitchen. When I let the owner know, I was given an errand, not a solution. Belmar Beach is a little sleepy, not many restaurant options right on the beach, but plenty in town, which is an easy, safe walk. It was nice to have some beach passes included, but it would make sense to have more, considering the capacity of the home. The communication in the week leading up to our stay was almost non existent, & I was honestly concerned, especially with all of us flying in from thousands of miles away. It was only after we arrived that we started getting consistent text messages, and prompt responses to our messages. This was our first time staying anywhere that did not include towels or sheets, which was truly inconvenient (we had to pay for extra checked luggage!). The home is truly lovely and overpriced for what is (not) included.

Girls trip

This house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for all .Short walk to the beach. You can see the beach from the front porch. The management was kind, and answer all our questions. We will definitely come back.
