The Compound consists of two separate buildings, "A Shore Thing" and "The Beach Bum," offering privacy and convenience for your group of up to 9 guests. Enjoy the perks of two well-equipped kitchens, two private outdoor spaces with grills, and ample parking in the full driveway. Plus, we provide 9 beach badges and chairs for your convenience.

Booking Requirements & Policies:
- Guests must be 30+ years old or accompanied by a parent or guardian
- No smoking, pets ($500 fee), or parties allowed
- Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
- No discounts offered

Pre-Arrival Process:
To ensure a seamless check-in, we use a secure, web-based system called Happy Guest for our rental agreement, ID verification, and security hold. It’s a simple process you can complete on your phone, no app download is required.

* A security hold of $750 is placed on your credit card, similar to a hotel check-in.
* Please note: Arrival instructions will not be sent until these steps are completed, and refunds are not possible if they are skipped.
