“The room was clean but the shower did not drain so we were standing in ankle deep water. Towels were super soft, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent.”

L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...

“I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

“This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months.”

“My room was cancelled by staff earlier that day so when I got there to check in they had no rooms left. I waited in the lobby until after 1:00am when luckily another guest checked out early. ”
