No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. ”

“My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...

“Nothing was clean. the towels in the pool area were never replenished. They charged and additional 200 for who knows what and don’t want to refund. This hotel is motel 6 just indoors. ”

“I was in town for a concert and chose this property across the river from the downtown core - a short walk away - as the parking was free. A free shuttle to the venue (and pick up afterwards) was a bonus as the weather was dubious. I prepaid for the breakfast buffet which was standard fare but hot and convenient. Our server was lovely. The room was clean and the decor updated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation! ”
