“The front door wasn’t working…wasn’t as clean and welcoming as expected. I will not stay there again.”

“The property was just ok. The hallways were extremely hot. The breakfast was very cheap. The rooms were nice though just not great amenities.”

“This property is not kept up well. It looked to be clean but not maintained well. Our sink barely worked. The toilet seat was not on good. If you are ONLY looking for a place to sleep, then it may be ok.”

“Best room I’ve had in a long time. Very spacious bathroom and sleeping area. Honestly this is my standard now I’m signing up and will be a platinum member soon.”

“I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. ”

“when I checked in I was told complemetary breakfast in the morning. Went down and they said it was 12$ for breakfast. The price was not the problem. It was being told free then charged.”

“Parking was secure. Fridge and stove in kitchen for cooking... Staff was exceptionally nice!! Megan was very Patient with an elderly gentleman ❤️ checking in. We had a great stay.”

“The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient. Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater.”
