“Very clean, nice hotel with friendly staff! This is our third time staying here before a flight. Highly recommend. The hotel restaurant and bar is great too! Unfortunately, the hotel does not connect directly into the airport anymore but Hyatt made sure to have 3 shuttles available starting at 4am in the lobby. They really make sure you do not have to wait long at all. Everyone was great!”

“The reason I am giving it a 4 is because the card key kept failing and apperantly is due to being near a magnet/phone. Basically being erase that easy. Although the front desk didn’t say anything the cleaning lady did. The front desk helped us and we had to keep going down there to get it reactivated. This WAS my ONLY issue there.
Over all nice to stay ”

“Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!”
