“Conveniently located next to a metro station, it’s very stylish and comfortable. Two minuses: not all the rooms have a nice view and there’s no bottled water in the rooms”

“Staff checked on our estimated arrival timing and was ready when check-in. Front desk personnel was detailed and friendly when replying to our queries. Room was big and clean; good that wet bathroom and dry toilet was separated. Rooms were next to one another as per our request. Hotel was located inside a small road but still convenient to night market and morning breakfast stores. ”

“Room was prestinely cleaned, including the bathroom. Bathroom had all basic amenities - including conditioner! Friendly staff and breakfast selection was very good. Overall, we had a comfortable stay here and would definitely pick Kindness hotel again if we ever come back!”
