“We had to run the shower for about 5 minutes before the hot water came through. And had to ask reception for another toilet roll as we ( 4 adults ) stayed 2 nights and only had 1 and 1/2 toilet rolls, otherwise very comfortable and the beds were absolutely beautiful to sleep on. We will be staying again in the future.”
“The hotel is very nice all the services are very good except the room cleaning, the cleaner DID NOT clean the bathroom: bath tub, shower room , bathroom sink, toilet, even the trash drop on the floor they didn’t even pick it up, they came folding the bed, takeout the trash, that’s about all, the cleaning definitely needs to be improved. Besides that every else is very good. A good 5 star hotel.”

“We stayed for 2 nights and could have stayed longer. Our only criticism is the lobby cafe the food was not good and the coffee was not drinkable. The staff were friendly and helpful but there were only 2 on and a queue. Star needs to staff this area better particularly in the morning when people want coffee and improve the quality of coffee”
