“Manager at check-in was a bit abrupt/rude and difficult to understand. The room was clean, the AC stressed a bit but worked, and the water was hot in the shower At about 9:00am the morning we were to checkout, which was at 11am, the manager just opened the door of our room. No knock, no announcement of “housekeeping”, just unlocked and was heading in.”

“The room was clean and updated. The only issue was that there was a lot of humidity in the room because it did not have an exhaust fan. otherwise the room was great and the area was very quiet.”

“The place was clean. It’s a cold breakfast. Only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable.”

“My list of grievances... The room was "non smoking" but reeked of smoke. There was a dog barking in the room next to us , event though it said no pets. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The hair dryer didn't work and they said they didn't have another one. The dead bolt on the door did not work. The shower tub coating was peeled off and the tub handle was moldy. The only positives was the water pressure and the ice machine worked.”
