Un meraviglioso resort
Albergo con servizio impeccabile e personale sempre sorridente e disponibile . Ho apprezzato molto la qualità del servizio in spiaggia con un ristorante eccellente e un menu' e qualità del cibo ai massimi livelli .

Weekend Golf Break
Unknown to us we had chosen a particularly busy weekend to stay so the hotel was noisier than usual and we couldn't get on the golf course even though we'd tried to pre-book several weeks before. However the breakfast was excellent, the Sushi restaurant didn't disappoint and the spa was still one of the best I've visited in Spain!

Everything was great. Great hotel, great staff, amazing facilities. However one small complaint. As a Expedia Gold Member, I was entitled to some perks which I never received even though I reminded the concierge multiple times. It was also my honeymoon and I had told the property multiple times. However, nothing extra or complimentary was given apart from one small dessert.

Very unsympathetic Hotel of the World!
We visited the hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Nice hotel however our five day stay was cut short after one day due to my wife’s parents being in a serious road traffic accident which meant we had to leave and return home. We did ask the hotel if we could move the remainder of our stay to a later date, out of peak their season, rather than waste the €2500 we had paid. The answer was an abrupt no it is non cancelable there is no flexibility! They even charged us €30 for the valet parking even though they had had €2500 for one nights stay!! Not sure they are A Leading Hotel Of the World more a very unsympathetic hardline hotel of the world with no flexibility! Sadly my wife’s parents passed away in the accident not that the hotel would give a dam!

Parfait
Séjour dans un cadre spacieux et très agréable. Malheureusement le temps a été médiocre pendant notre séjour (5 jours), mais les installations, les salles de séjours et l’espace de wellness ont parfaitement compensé cette malchance. Seul critique est le sauna finlandais dont le bois devrait être rénové. Le personnel a été parfait et très attentif.

Weekend in January
We spent a weekend at Villa Padierna. We were upgraded to a junior suite with terrace which was very spacious. The weather wasn’t fantastic but it was pleasant enough to have breakfast the terrace of La Loggia restaurant on both days. This was of an excellent quality with plenty of choice. Staff are courteous and helpful. We had dinner one night at la Pergola. All our courses were beautifully presented but we found that the choice of mains was rather limited. The spa is well kept and very peaceful. Overall a very relaxing weekend.

5. Kerta VP:ssä 3 päivää. Hotelli on 5 tähden arvoinen. Tällä kerralla siellä rakennettiin viikonlopun juhlia vaten isoa juhlatelttaa koko viikon. Meteli päivällä oli kovaa, kun hakataan vasaralla metallitolppia 8-18. Olisi voinut kertoa etukäteen, niin emme olisi tulleet. Täysi hinta.

Relaxing stay in ”Palace” on Costa del Sol
I had a wonderful and relaxing time at this well-appointed luxury hotel on Costa del Sol. The room was very comfortable. The pool-adjacent garden is an oasis and the 99 Sushi restaurant will not dissappoint though, if truth be told, some of the other restaurants belonging to this hotel were not of the same superlative standard. The beach club was relaxed and informal and a short drive from the hotel (free shuttle). Overall, attentive and polite staff and I look forward to my next stay.

Hot Spot in Marbella mit großzügigem Komfort
Tolle Hotelanlage, privilegiert, großzügig mit allem Komfort. Kritikpunkt ist der Service. Schlecht ausgebildetes Petsonal beim Frühstück und speziell beim Dinner. Lange Wartezeit, Besteck wurde einfach hingelegt, Gläser fleckig. Bei einem Haus dieser Qualität ein No Go! Auch der Aufdeckservice im Zimmer war bereits um 16:30 schon eingeteilt... sollte eigentlich kommen während die Gäste beim Abendessen sind. Die nassen Handtücher lagen also die ganze Nacht im Bad. Sonst wirklich ein wunderschönes Hotel. Am Wochenende ist die „Poser“ Dichte sehr hoch. Vorwiegend junge Gäste die zum Partymachen kommen. Unter der Woche angenehmes Publikum.

Amazing location and property. Truly stunning ambience and views. Great for a family stay. Antonio the Consierge could not be more helpful. The kids club is not adequately staffed - 10-15kids per staff is not good enough.

Un vrai palace à proximité de Marbella
Un vrai palace avec une magnifique suite junior avec vue sur le lac du golf, une chambre luxueuse et bien équipée, une très grande salle de bain avec baignoire et douche très lumineuse, des installations et services de qualité notamment la piscine, la salle de fitness et le spa, deux golds 18 trous, un petit déjeuner copieux, et surtout un personnel très professionnel et attentionné Une seule déception, la qualité de la restauration pour le diner pas au niveau d'un leading hotel of the world

¡Por encima de las expectativas y más allá!
Una de mis experiencias más gratificantes de mi vida. Lujo sin estridencias, amabilidad, relax, servicio, restaurantes, club del mar, y sobre todo su gente. Bien merece la pena volver.
