Bene ma non benissimo
Appartamento con ampi spazi ben distribuiti, cucina con tutti i confort e balcone veramente grande e ben allestito. Devo fare un appunto per quanto riguarda la pulizia dei bagni non sufficiente e le piscine con lettini disastrati e pulizia dei solarium molto scarsa, anche l’acqua non sembrava limpidissima.

Appartamenti in zona tranquilla per totale relax
Gli appartamenti del resort Colina del Paraiso sono fantastici: il nostro aveva 3 stanze e 2 bagni, un ampio soggiorno, una cucina molto grande e una terrazza enorme (con 6 sdraio). Il resort ha delle piscine interne ed è nuovo (costruito probabilmente negli anni 2000) e ben mantenuto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla leggermente in collina (vista spettacolare). Ci sono a disposizione campi da tennis (gratuiti), un ristorante/bar e un parcheggio sotterraneo. Davvero consigliato!

Nice restaurant, good little gym, plenty of activities, kids club. Apartments and Town houses are spacious and fully air conditioned although decor is a little tired. Staff are really nice and will quickly attend to any requests.

Good alround property!
All in all this property is good all round 4 Star complex. The Appartment/Houses are massive in terms of sqft and modern furnishings. We had House 38 with ‘hot-tub’ and views down the valley where from the roof top on a clear day you can see Gibraltar. Your surroundings are facing the Golf Course and some ‘££££ Villa Properties’! Staff where friendly, attentive and efficient. We had a few niggles with the hot-tub but all sorted. 3 large pools, family orientated complex and you need a car to get ‘out and about’. The complex restaurant (club house) and bar was a nice setting and reasonably priced with all amenities catered for. Some apartments have roof top pools - nice touch although the pools are well kept and big enough with sun loungers. Air Con was epic!!! But Wi Fi is ‘hit & miss’ although the pool Wi-fi was better connected for the kids. Pool bar opened mid mornings till around 8pm - reasonable priced and quick snacks. For evening entertainment the club house has some themed nights - we did the BBQ evening with live music; good food but thought it was overpriced for what you got. Drinks, deserts, coffees etc all extra. The ‘Star’ of the show is a small hill top village called ‘Benahavís’; 10 mins in the car, what not to like! Apparently it’s the unknown ‘Gastro-Centre’ of Andalucia and it matched its reputation. Wide choice of restaurants and bars all side by side and very reasonable priced when comparing Beach/A7 establishments. Good, alround property and location

les odeurs en plus !!!
Notre séjour du 9 au 17 mai chambre 314 , nous sommes à notre 4° séjour , dans cet établissement, toujours rien à dire pour ce lieu de vacances , tres confortable , bon environnement , bon les prix ont tendance à augmenter assez rapidement . MAIS , évitez l'appartement 314 , j'espere que les salles de bains , identiques à ce logement n'ont pas le meme probleme, car tout le long de votre séjour , une odeur nauséabonde , pestilentielle , les senteurs des égouts sont difficilement supportables .nous avons tout essayé , boucher les ouvertures des sanitaires , rien à faire , mais j'ai l'impression que la direction n'en a que faire !!!

Hello Sir. I remeber you I talked with you and your wife and also I went to apartment to check it. Unfortunatelly, the resort can't do anything about this matter. Frecuently, when wind comes from Levante, some pipelines , we don't know why, smell. We also use special product but sometimes is not enough. We apologize of course we understand you comments and of course you are always welcome to Colina del Paraiso. We work very hard to improve our services but others, we can't do anything. First of all, you need a car to access this place so this is rule #1. Rule #2 is that its impossible to find, GPS and mapping technology will be fairly useless. Now, on to the property itself. It sits on a very steep hill with beautiful (distant) views of the sea and Gibraltar, and the rooms are staggered down the steep hill. We were there before the summer season and the property felt a bit tired but this may be due to it being off season. The rooms are spacious but lacking a good "flow" (the rooms are all broken apart versus an open floor plan). The terraces are quite large. If there are folks above you, you will hear every single noise (ex, chairs along the floors, walking, etc) making for some bad night's sleep. The breakfast is basic and the restaurant is OK, a very pleasant atmosphere with a great view. The property is probably a lot nicer in the summer.. Bottom line: if you can score a great deal like we did, AND need lots of space this place is worth staying at. OR if are an avid golfer, this property makes sense. If neither of those apply, you are probably better off in a less isolated location closer to the action.

Apartment & Hotel top, aber Pool leider unbeheizt
Wir hatten ein Apartment mit traumhaftem Meerblick, der bei optimaler Sicht neben dem Felsen von Gibraltar auch die Berge Nordafrikas erkennen läßt. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und komplett mit neuwertigen Geräten ausgestattet: Waschtrockner, Herd, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen, Geschirr, Töpfe.. nur Salz&Pfeffer haben uns am ersten Abend beim Kochen gefehlt, weil wir die im Supermarkt im Tal vergessen haben zu kaufen. Parken kann man bequem direkt davor, zu den schönen Pools sind es nur wenige Schritte. Das Personal versteht sehr gut englisch, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles ist picobello sauber, es gibt auch keinerlei störende Insekten -offensichtlich sind die Spanier nicht so zimperlich bei deren Bekämpfung.. (Urlaub völlig ohne Mücken und -stiche!) Unsere Dachterasse haben wir (2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern) nie genutzt, ebenso wenig den (eiskalten) eigenen Pool, der eher nutzlos erscheint. Und das ist unser EINZIGES Problem mit der Anlage: Die unbeheizten Pools! Das Wasser ist dermaßen eiskalt, dass nur Hartgesottene sich hereinwagten -und natürlich auch nie lange drin blieben. Für unsere Jungs <3 Jahre war das sehr ärgerlich, da sie sich -anstatt den ganzen Tag im Pool zu verbringen- eher langweilten. Zum Vergleich: In Miami ein Jahr zuvor waren unsere Kinder ganztägig nicht aus dem Pool zu bekommen, weil dessen Wasser einfach angenehm warm war und man es auch, ohne sich zu bewegen, dort den ganzen Tag aushielt. Wichtig: Auto ist Pflicht, da abgelegen.

Luxe villa´s met dakterras en prive jacuzzi
De villa´s zijn bijzonder ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zo is de keuken compleet uitgerust en is er zelfs een wasmachine aanwezig. Maar wat het verblijf echt luxe maakt is het ruime dakterras met een privé jacuzzi. Daarnaast beschikt het complex over een prima restaurant waar je goed kan eten. Kortom een prima locatie voor een geslaagde vakantie.

Ett utmärkt lägenhetshotell..
Det finns restaurang på området. För att självhushåll skall fungera måste man ha tillgång till en bil för att kunna handla. Inga allmänna kommunikationer i närheten. Vi hade en hyrbil och därför kunde utnyttja hotellet till fullt ut. En behaglig vistelse och generösa utrymmen.

Lovely place, great views
We have stayed here about 6 times since it opened we find that the accommodation is of a high standard and the staff go out of their way to meet your every need. The facilities are excellent with 3 swimming pools and tennis courts, also golf courses are near by. The one draw back is that when staying at the Colina you do need a car as it is situated in the hills and there is no public transport but then being in the hills you have such wonderful views seeing as far as Gibraltar. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Alles war perfekt, Einrichtung, Appartmentgröße, Lage bestens. Lediglich das schlecht gespülte Geschirr in der Küche muss man negativ erwähnen. Insgesamt würden wir aber auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

Flotte og store leiligheter med alt man trenger. Dette er en av få plasser som ser faktisk bedre ut enn på bildene! Rengjøringen kunne dog ha vært litt bedre. Det er lite å finne på å i nærområdet, så man bør ha bil.

Godt resort, men dårligt placeret lejlighed
Lækker lejlighed, men vi havde formentlig den lejlighed med den dårligst placering. Alle skulle igennem vores terrasse for at komme til poolen. Aircondition var placeret ud for to af sove værelserne, så vi blev vækket ca. hver 1/2 time, når anlægget gik i gang. Bortset fra det et godt resort, men man skal være forberedt på at køre til alt. Der ligger intet i gå afstand.

Great low key apartments with good on site pool. Staff were lovely and accommodation was in great condition and spacious. We travelled with a toddler and was provided with a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. On site pools were lovely, safe and low key. Short drive to benhavis and the coast but a car is needed here. Ideal family accommodation. On site restaurant served basic nice food in a nice setting but food won't win any awards.as most of it came from a freezer it seems. Would stay here again.

It's up on a hill and therefore a car is required to get to shops, restaurants or the beach, but the view was beautiful and the Jacuzzi on the roof was the highlight of every morning for the kids. We are looking forward to returning.

Hochwertige Ferienanlage in perfekte Lage!
Wir waren gleich am Anfang positiv überrascht, als wir unseres Zimmer betreten haben: 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder ( 2 davon mit Whirlpool), riesiges Wohnbereich! Küche - voll ausgestattet mit Siemensgeräten! Personal sehr freundlich! Immer wieder zu empfehlen!

Résidence très belle, nichée sur les hauteurs de la montagne avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Très éloigné des commerces et un véhicule est primordial pourse déplacer car impossible de se déplacer à pied (éloignement et pente très importante). Les appartements et les villas disposent de toutes les installations nécessaires. Le mobilier est récent et de bonne qualité. Aucun service de ménage n'est offert durant le séjour (nettoyage, changmenent des draps et des serviettes). Résidence à recommander pour un séjour de repos et en famille.

Dette var tredje gang siden 2012 vi besøkte dette hotellet, så det er tydelig at vi liker oss her. Store romslige leiligheter med enorm veranda. Gode bassenger. Perfekt for barnefamilier. Klart, det ligger litt avsides til oppi åsen over Estepona, men med egen leiebil er det null stress at det ikke er gangavstand til noe. Hotellet holder høy standard og har veldig god service fra personalet. Vi etterlyste barneseng på rommet, og den ble levert på døra umiddelbart. Kan ikke annet enn nok en gang å anbefale dette stedet på det varmeste. Vår lille perle av et sted.
