Hotel sulla spiaggia a Benaulim

“Lovely well maintained hotel. Located in the pleasant small town of Benaulim. About 15 minute walk to the beach. All the staff at reception including managers (Miguel and Judas) and tour organiser (Cheryl) were excellent. Cleaners and security were all so polite and well mannered. Our room was of a very high standard and comfortable. The beach is superb - with delightful beach shacks to eat in the day time as well as at night if needed. All in all we had a wonderful holiday.”

“Wir haben uns im The Fern insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, da es einfach wunderschön und gepflegt ist und die Hotelangestellten unheimlich nett und unaufgeregt bemüht sind. Die Lage ist an sich auch toll, da der endlose Strand von Benaulim nur zwei Minuten entfernt ist. Der Weg zum "Dorf" mit vielen Restaurants und Shops ist auch nicht weit. Es kommen viele Russen nach Benaulim. Just saying. Einzige Kritikpunkte: das Frühstück war nicht besonders. Das Angebot war OK und die Eierspeisen wurden...

“Første inntrykk - rolige og fine omgivelser, ikke for stort hotell-fuglesang om morgenen ,stille om natten!! Andre inntrykk-frokosten var fattig,veldig enkel ! Rommet hadde bra størrelse ,men fasilitetene var dårlige, håndkle og sengetøy utslitt med flekker!!! Renhold hver annen dag -de folkene gjør så godt de kan, men utstyret er dårlig ,samme klut over hele etaten . Her er 35 rom !!! Fra baderommet kommer det sjenerende odør!!! Hele rørsystemet trenger ut spyling!!! Alt dette som er nevnt...

“Lovely hotel in a quiet location with limited choice of local amenities in the surrounding area. Great use of the local transfer to the the beach Joecons restaurant. Food excellent with a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner. Pity limited sunbeds at the pool. Great service from the reception manager Vincent and team who was very accommodating. Cleaning staff who cleaned our room was also accommodating when we requested little extras. ”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!! We booked the hotel for 1 night and when we arrived the customer service representative at the front desk informed us they are not registered with Expedia and they do not have a booking for us even though I pre-paid on Expedia. Expedia informed me that it is a non-refundable booking. Where did my money go? Expedia is now looking into the issue. The hotel name has changed and the phone number has also changed...even the color of the building is different...
