“For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!”

“The hotel was really nice and clean. We could not get the heater to work for a while but finally figured it out. The coffee bar was not restocked when we checked in and there were no cups in the lobby. When we woke up in the morning it was finally restocked. At 10am the kitchen lady started closing the doors on everyone which felt a little uncomfortable and not welcoming. The pool was pretty small but it is a small hotel. “The property was way more spread out to be able to easily walk to each activity. Restaurant wasn’t open for very long so very long line when it was open.
