Perfect Stay

This rental was all it was advertised and more. Best equipped kitchen that I’ve used with VRBO. Beds very comfortable. Spotless bathrooms. Perfect location. Just would recommend a dresser in the back bedroom suite, would help with longer stays.

Winter weekend

The house and hot tub were clean. Its a good location. Quite area. The gas fireplace was nice to have, very cozy! The vacation rental company says check in is after 4 and before 6. We showed up a little after 4, and our house wasn't ready which was a little confusing. But before too long it was ready. The SHARC sledding situation was a nightmare, but that doesnt have anything to do with this wonderful, cozy house.

Great cabin for family getaway

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Kitchen could use a few more supplies but everything else was great. Hot tub was a hit. The snow made it extra wonderful.

Short notice getaway

I was very happy that we were able to find a place to stay as we didnt know that we were able to get out of town until last minute. House was very comfortable and worth the money. only issues (& fairly minor for us) was the master bathroom tub was clogged with hair that we had to clean before taking a shower, and the train that runs right behind the house that I didnt know about. Otherwise, was a very nice stay! Hopefully next time we can take advantage of the passes!

Wash your dishes. They should be fixing the one they currently have.

Extra towels for jacuzzi. Comfortable. Bed was amazing and pillows also. Enough hot water for 4. Jacuzzi needs away to get more water though you can call the jacuzzi company. Bicycles. Nice enough kitchen. Nice view of birds, squirrels, and deer. Good food! Great quality time with hubby and friends!

Great space in this house. Could have been a lot cleaner inside and out. Missing things that are normally in a rental like foil, Saran Wrap, hair dryer, etc. wasn’t ready at check in time and we had to sweep off front and back areas to enjoy them. We had fun, but a few things could have made it better.

Clean, Comfortable Home

I’m going to get thorough so future renters give this place a shot! Positives: Check-in was so easy! Grab the keys from prop mngr box and go! Location a straight shot from the village and SHARC. Walked in and immediately noticed the cleanliness. Loved having Washer/dryer and laundry soap available! Hot tub, a/c, bikes, bbq, big dining room table, 2 masters and plenty of bedroom/bathroom space for adults and teens! Love the back master and bathroom! So roomy and comfortable! Not negative but could improve an already great stay: Kitchen table (not dining table) is about to fall apart. Maybe repair or replace? Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking tools and dishes. Would’ve liked more than 2 dish towels and there weren’t any potholders. One more baking sheet and at least one sauce pan needed. The bedding & towels were crisp & clean. The comforter available for the back master bed is torn and not very clean looking. It was clean but just old and tattered. Because it is pet friendly the carpets could use a shampoo. I noticed some potty stains and a urine scent in the front master. Maybe a couple back porch chairs? It was a favorite spot to step out of our bedroom to drink coffee in the morning and a place to unwind in wonderful peace & quiet in the afternoon! All that being said, we would stay here again. Yes, some things could be tweaked a bit but the price is pretty great and we had such a good time for the 5 days we stayed. Thank you for sharing your home.

Fun packed family get away!

Excellent communication with Cascara, house was well stocked. Location was great, could use a little TLC. Not much room to gather outside for families. All that being said it was clean and we had a wonderful time !
