“When booking make sure you pick the River Lodge - a lot of the properties have similar names. I was so afraid it would be noisy but I’m convinced the people reporting noise were at a different location. I stayed at the River Lodge on a busy weekend in August and it was super quiet & tranquil. On Friday night I did hear some music coming from the nearby Mt Bachelor lawn but it was done by 10pm (& luckily I actually liked their playlist so it worked out). “Great customer service. Had my original reservation and then booked an additional day for the prior day. When I needed to move rooms, they were able to get me in the new room before 10:30 and didnt make us wait until regular check in. This was so much appreciated so we didnt have to pack everything back up into the car. Clean rooms, nice pool, great area, good dining. Will definitely be back again. ”
