“Room cleaning was haphazard, some days the beds were made and the room cleaned, on others only the trash cans were emptied or the room was not cleaned at all. The elevator and hallway in front of the elevator had quite a bit of trashes that never got picked up. Breakfast is typical sparse and crappy American foods, albeit a little more choices than a sugary donut and cheap coffee. Hotel does provide full amenities like a swimming pool and small gym. “Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The room was very nice and the receptionist was great. While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available during my stay and the breakfast area was okay. Furthermore, my sink head was missing in my room. The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, and I would certainly recommend it to others.”

“Great value. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean. Beds were comfortable. The place was generally quiet (aside from some daytime live music at worth breezing across the street).
The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. Outdoor pool was perfectly heated in the cool weather.
