On the main level are 3 ensuite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, gas fireplace, extra-large bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower, spacious closet, heated Toto Washlet toilet seat and access to the back yard. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has two queen beds and a private bathroom that has a heated Toto Washlet toilet seat and direct access to the backyard and hot tub. Rounding out this level is a large mudroom/laundry room with two sets of stacked washers and dryers plus a half guest bathroom. All bedrooms have a 55" smart TV. All downstairs bathrooms have heated floors. There is also a Toto Washlet toilet seat in one of the bathrooms downstairs. There is a portable crib available for guests with infants.

Head outside to a large patio with firepit and gorgeous view of the wooded common area with convenient access to bike paths, trails, the Lake House, and Quarry Pool. You can also enjoy the private hot tub and gas grill right outside the kitchen.

Upstairs you'll find the 4th ensuite with a king bed with private bathroom with walk-in shower. A bunk bedroom with two twin over twin bunk beds and HUGE bonus room with large smart TV, wet bar, mini fridge, pool table, an arcade game with over 6,000 games, and a work station. There’s also a full bathroom for guests on this level.

This home includes 6 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.
