    Il mazzo posteriore di # 8 Jackpine Lane non può essere battuto! La grande area coperta coperta ospita il barbecue, vasca idromassaggio, tre tavoli da picnic, due ombrelloni, una stufa a gas all'aperto in piedi e un sacco di sedie a sdraio quindi c'�� spazio per tutti! Questo è uno dei pochi cantieri recintati di Sunriver, rendendolo una casa ideale per gli animali domestici. Il ponte offre anche un flusso e riflusso facile da e verso la cucina e la sala da pranzo, così mentre le bistecche friggono sul barbecue, le insalate e il pane possono essere serviti appena dentro.

    Questa casa ha una bella cucina e sala da pranzo, arredata con un grande tavolo da pranzo in legno e tavoli da lavoro in legno per i bambini. Dall'altra parte della cucina, puoi guardare fuori ed essere parte di tutta l'azione nella zona giorno anteriore.

    Il soggiorno è caratterizzato da un piccolo impianto stereo, un caminetto a legna in pietra lavica e una televisione elegantemente nascosta, pronta per essere messa in scena per la tua maratona cinematografica a tarda notte. Il soggiorno si apre anche su un'altra piccola area patio, aspettando solo che i bambini disegnino una partita di campana o quadretti.

    La seconda sala TV nella parte posteriore ha un grande divano componibile, un altro caminetto a gas. Sarai anche in grado di organizzare il tuo torneo di giochi proprio mentre ti dirigi in garage per un incontro di ping-pong. Se sali le scale, troverai un'appartata area giochi completa di un altro piccolo televisore, casa delle bambole, tavolo da colorare e molto altro! Questo fornisce un luogo ideale per le mamme di farla franca con i loro figli piccoli al mattino presto, in modo da non svegliare il resto della casa.

    Sull'altro lato della casa ci sono le camere da letto di livello superiore ben arredate. La camera doppia è una stanza particolarmente grande per il sonno di un bambino - ogni letto è completo con il suo peluche molto personale. Si divertiranno così tanto - l'unico problema che potresti affrontare è farli finalmente andare a dormire la notte. La master suite è al piano di sotto. DCCA # 064

Relaxing weekend retreat.

We rented this home for some of our employees to stay at during our weekend long company Christmas party. They all reported back that they loved their accommodations. It was a warm, cozy place to relax during the cold weekend.

Great house for large groups

Jackpine 8 is a great house for large groups. We loved the two living areas. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. Nice hot tub. Clean house, we’ll stocked.

Very nice experience

Reviewer Comments: We came for a family reunion and Village Properties was able to find accommodations for us in several houses that were very close together. Our unit was really well-stocked with the basics and also big bowls and pans to support cooking for a large group.

Family Fun

Great space for our extended family. Loved the bikes on site to use around town. During our stay, daytime temperatures were high, and the house a/c unit could not keep the house cool. The upstairs rooms were especially uncomfortable. Luckily, the temps dropped significantly in the evening, so the rooms were bearable for sleeping.

Great Location but Dated Home with Cleanliness Issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Unfortunately, the house and the furnishing are a bit older. We found it to not be entirely clean with bugs (ants and stink bugs) throughout the house. The bedding also felt old. The backyard had doggy waste throughout. The hot tub was nice, there were plenty of kitchen items for our entire stay. We also enjoyed the bikes. The best part was that the house is located really central to Sunriver activities.

Wonderful property

The house was perfect for a small adult birthday party! I loved that it was all one floor so no one felt isolated or alone ever. Super comfy beds & couch. Very clean & well stocked. Great house & the property management was wonderful & helped me make changes to the reservation when needed very promptly!

Great location

We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck and hot tub! We spent most of our time out there and it was very peaceful. The house is spacious, plenty of room for all of us. The only disappointment was the AC does not keep it cool and doesn’t get to the upstairs at all. It does cool down at night but some of the screens were broken. We also weren’t able to check in until closer to 6:30, the housekeeping staff was very nice and let us put our groceries in the fridge at 4:30 when we arrived to check in. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or text from the property manager letting us know check in was delayed so we could have waited to get groceries and planned our arrival differently.

Great Family Getaway

We had three families stay together at this house, a total of 13 people. It had plenty of room for everyone and was very warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and multiple tables and chairs. It’s in a great location too, a quiet little loop with easy access to the Village and Golf Course.

great house, great location

this is a great house in a great location - well laid out floorplan gives an open feel but also enough separation for different groups - our only complaint was that the fridge needed to be replaced (as of Feb 2022)

Large rental

Great pandemic getaway at a good price. Nice hot tub and quiet neighborhood close to skiing. Big tiled entry with ample hooks and shoe rack was a real plus. Too often rentals lack a good drop zone for stuff. The Wi Fi struggled to handle 4 people working and studying at the same time, but we had space to spread out and a good time when the work was over.

The kids had their own room and a playroom which they loved. Lots of bikes, table tennis and being close to the SHARC gave them plenty of activities.

We will be back!!

We absolutely LOVED this property! It was so so fun for the child in our group and having a larger family, we spent the whole time talking about how fun it would be to bring the whole crew of adults and 6 kids- YES! There is enough room for that! Such a fun and unique layout and cozy in every single room. Close to the shops and paths with minimal neighbors. Lots to utilize in the kitchen, everything organized, extra bathroom supplies, and kept very clean. The backyard was perfect for our pups and we didn't even get to the hot tub during our stay! I cannot express how much we loved staying here and will definitely be back to enjoy it for a longer stay :)

Good location but less than desirable accommodations

The location was good, lots of bikes, sharc passes and a fenced back yard. The hot tub was broken, the house has ants inside the bathrooms and mold. The first morning we woke up to our food being destroyed by mice. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a week stay for 14 people is a bit light and there is a note stating that the renter is to purchase more if needed. All of the accommodations are extremely old. Tube TVs, old bedding, minimal towels and essentials. Listing states 2 hide a beds. But there is only one and the “mattress” is a coil with a 1 inch mattress pad over it. Would not recommend this rental especially for the price. Very disappointed. This place needs a major overhaul.

We started at this house because of fenced yard for a family member dog and the location to much of Sunriver happenings. We like the house because of size - bedrooms and bathrooms. As in any rental, there are so many positives along with a few negatives.
