Dear Lee,Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with regards to your stay at the Hotel Riudor.Firstly, we would like to clarify that the receptionist you spoke to, informed you that we have a special courtesy/shower room down by the pool area that you could use. So not the actual showers next to the actual pool. We apologize if that was not clear to you.The Hotel Riudor is located in the heart of the busy Rincón de Loix area, with restaurants, shops and bars just a short distance away. Given this unbeatable location there is a lot of movement and sounds around the hotel. The patio doors in the rooms are soundproof and shuts out the noise from the street, so our guests can enjoy their rest.We hope to get the opportunity to welcome you back to our MedPlaya Hotels on future occasions.Kind regards,MedPlaya Hotels Benidorm
