“This should be one of the best hotels in Benin City, but it's yet to live up to it's potential. There seems to have been an improvement in the attitude of the staff compared to the last time I stayed there, but still short of the mark A new, nice, clean hotel with excellent structures, yet, they let little things here & there spoil their mark. “It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism.”

“Hotel is located in a nice, serene environment, the front desk staff Isaiah was very courteous & professional. Rooms seem clean and the environment felt safe. The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience ”
