LAYOUT:
The property is situated on a very spacious plot of 7,000 m² and has a floor area of 600 m² divided in 2 floors and terraces. The property can be accessed directly from its spacious car park or via a splendid private driveway leading straight to the pool area.

From the car park, you enter the main floor, which comprises a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a fireplace, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. An internal staircase leads to the lower ground floor, which features a spacious lounge with a large terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table and barbecue area, as well as four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Finally, there is a separate building where you can enjoy the sauna and massage bed.

Its strategic location allows you to fully enjoy the peace and tranquillity, whilst still having easy access to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

PETS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Pets are allowed provided they are not puppies and are well-behaved. They are not permitted in the swimming pool or on the beds. Please note that the property is not fully fenced, so pets may escape. Almarina Villas accepts no liability for the possible loss of guests’ pets.
