On the bottom floor there are two bedrooms with double-beds (all of them with air conditioning and TV) and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite with shower and the other with bathtub). There is also a modern open kitchen and a well-decorated dining room where the soft colours dominate creating a relaxing atmosphere on the floor level.



EXTERIOR: The villa has an outstanding plot of 8.000 m2 and captivating terraces of approximately 400m2. There is an elegant path with two rows of palm trees to access the villa. In front of the villa there is a large terrace with comfortable sunbeds and a large heated swimming pool with direct access to the bottom floor of the villa. On a higher level, the villa has an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, stools, sofas and a large dining table to enjoy the incredible sunset valley views in the evenings and amazing views of the stars at night.
