The apartment is located on the ground floor, with an independent entrance separate from the house. It can accommodate 2-4-6 people and is equipped with three bedrooms, two doubles and one smaller, and 2 full bathrooms. Living room, dining room and kitchen complete it.
In the outdoor area reserved for guests, in addition to a large garden, there are the swimming pool, various relaxation areas, the barbecue area and a service bathroom. Free parking
July and August are rented for a minimum of 2 weeks with entry on Saturdays.
The owners, at some times of the year except the summer months, live on the upper floor. Privacy is guaranteed by separate entrances. The garden, pool and barbecue area sona exclusive use of the guests.
