“The room I was assigned already had someone in it. The entire property was filthy. I had to wear slippers in my room because there was dust and crumbs all over the floor. There was a microwave and kitchen but not any glasses, plates or cutlery. There was no shampoo. The staff was overwhelmed and completely unhelpful. Only stay here if you are desperate.”

“Good family hotel, with big rooms and kitchen. the breakfast is very basic and the wifi is very good and stable. the gym is also very nice and well equipped. unfortunately the staff is not changing towels and replanishing the water daily, so you have to bring your own from the room. the pool is small but very well maintained and clean. there is no housekeeping. you have to spend your own time cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels, removing garbage.....”

“Front desk was closed. Fire Department and Police showed up due to no staffing - had to find another hotel night of. Overall awful experience.”

“There was a family with over 25 people controlling the pool and hot tub. They weren’t all staying there - just swimming. They trashed the pool area and made it impossible for anyone else to enjoy. Desk people knew and did nothing. Then they were loud all night Made the stay very unpleasant ”
