“The shades on the window were broken so we couldn't let the natural light into the room but other than that minor hiccup we had a great stay! ”

“I hate to give this property such high marks because I want rooms available next time I need to book with them! Clean extra large rooms with a couch. Breakfast in the morning is better than most places I have been to. I will stay here from now on every time I need to visit my daughter in college.”

“I've stayed here several times, but haven't been here in about a year. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as well as some things in need of repair. Breakfast was okay. There was an issue with someone leaving their dog unattended for a number of hours. The poor dog was scratching at the door of the room, making a lot of noise. I tried to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I don't mind pet friendly hotels. I have a dog. It was frustrating that no one could be reached.”

“The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The resort premises are cute. Breakfast which was included was decent. However, a day before our arrival we have learned that Henry’s restaurant where we had a birthday dinner reservation was closed which was disappointing as it was meant to be part of the overall experience. Tried to reach the property several times, left a voicemail and couple messages through Expedia, no one reached back or acknowledged our outreach. During our stay no one was ever...

“We were told breakfast was included. We reconfigured the free breakfast with front desk twice. But the hotel charged us $181 for breakfast of two. Is this how them trick customers? Very bad, can’t trust them.”

“The worste hotel I've never been! Dirty, old, damaged and stinking! I waited my room for more than 1 h because it was not ready for the check in!”

“The room was nice. The bathroom could use some updates as the tub had chips and the tub spout was practically sideways as opposed to facing down. The breakfast was minimal (hard boiled eggs, cereals, bagels, muffins) not the most nutritious. The gym was very small and doesn't open until 7am which seems late as many hotels open at 5am.”

“Arrived and no one at the front desk. Sign said they were full but I already paid for a room. I called the number at the front desk sign, no one answered. Had to find another place to stay and could not get a refund. Don't book this hotel. You will lose your money”

“The elevator wasn’t working and the tv was broken in the first room I had. However, the young woman on duty at the desk did an outstanding job by carrying people’s luggage up to the 3rd and 4th floors and finding me a room with a working tv. As hard as she was working, she remained very friendly and was always smiling.”
