Hotel vicino a Regal Galleria Mall - Wappingers Falls

“The staff were helpful and the room was clean. We had one issue with a slow draining bath, but I mentioned this to the front desk and while we were out on Saturday they repaired it. The property is showing a little age , but everything was nice enough. We did not do the restuarant or the bar facilities, so I have no opinion on them.”

“The worste hotel I've never been! Dirty, old, damaged and stinking! I waited my room for more than 1 h because it was not ready for the check in!”

“It was very satisfied staying expect mattress conditions. It was too soft. I really liked about BBQ grill & breakfast.”

“Modern, clean room. Lush towels! Ez on/off Highway 84. Great stay.”

“Everything”

“Everything was clean, comfortable and very cozy …. Would definitely stay here again”

“Overpriced but quiet and nice bed.”

“Very clean hotel, nice bright hallways with lovely carpeting, lobby fresh and welcoming. Would highly recommend.”

“The hotel is one of several small outbuildings, not the grand building pictured. Seemed like it was fairly neglected-coffee pot cord couldn’t reach the outlet, no USB ports, not “estate” quality. The bright spot was the receptionist-friendly and helpful. Not a repeat destination.”

“Quiet area and well maintained rooms.”

“They lost my reservation, and wouldn’t work with Expedia for the miscommunication. Something was wrong with their system… and Expedia is also to blame… We had to find our own way. Just terrible on both ends…. We paid for this month’s in advance. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here… its a gamble.”
