“I like that breakfast was available. I did have a hard time finding our room as the numbers didn't make alot of sence. And I hope they were just remodeling or something bc the backside of the property was a little sketchy for my liking especially with traveling with a young child. Overall it wasn't bad other then the hobo looking guy lingering out front.”

Walked in the rm., first thought wow alot of fabuloso & lemon cleaning smell, which by morning we found out masked the entire smell of the room is best said like a cat liter box. After i went up for free bfast , only thing warm is oatmeal or grits., cold cereal, packaged donuts, muffins. After my lil breakfast went to front desk and told them room smelled, need mopped with clorox bleach. Was then informed, they dont clean during stays but you can walk up...

“My first day they didn’t have a tv that worked, was told the maintenance man was going to get around to bringing one but I never got the tv situation handled until 11:45am Sunday morning and that’s only because I went to the office an saw the maintenance man myself . Therefore they’re very unprofessional and that’s not acceptable at all I should be owed some kind of a portion refund if not the whole payment reversal”

“While clean the room was very damp and musty. Front desk lady was lovely and helpful. The vending machine didn’t work.”

“We made a reservation when we got there at midnight the Lady said she doesn’t have rooms for us he name was Jordan because we r latinos and they did charge us ahead of time so she said there was no manager and that she couldn’t do a refund and walked away leaving us there at front desk”

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”

“Hotel moderno ,molto puliti gli spazi comuni e le camere. Il bagno con pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani,la stanza viene rifatta solo prr soggiorni superiori a 5giorni ( unica pecca direi) Colazione non particolarmente varia ma sempre tutto buono e abbondante. Nei dintorni ovunque ristoranti e supermercati. Parcheggio a pagamento ma molto economico rispetto ad altri hotel Direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliato ”

“The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.”
