“As advertised and worth the high ratings given by most guests! Lovely, quaint and in a great location for birds and wildlife. There are 10 or 15 different bird species that regularly visit the feeders nearby, not to mention the Bobcat, Coyotes and Javelinas that showed up. Very restful and quiet yet close to all the amenities. Susanne and hubby are delightful. Can’t wait to go back!”

“The place was clean and neighborhood was quiet. There were some issues that made the stay a bit difficult. Sleeping, No blinds on the window, A very loud heating system, a loud sound coming from the freezer in the kitchen difficult to here the TV”

“Check-in was seamless. The hosts were very accommodating and responded promptly to my questions. The inside of this home is very quaint, and we loved the screened-in porch. It is a great place to stay if you are going to the Arizona Zipline - it is very close.”

“This was a perfect condo for two or a family. Lots of books and toys for little kids. Other amenities available were also great. My partner had an emergency come up so I had to travel alone so I spent more time sightseeing and shopping in Tucson and Vail but it was a lovely respite to come back to every evening. ”

“We were charmed from the minute we saw the "Welcome Carol" on the chalkboard outside. The place is thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked and has beautiful appliances. There are so many touches to make you feel at home. Games, books, toys (for all ages!) as well as small things, like Q-tips and hair ties in the bathroom. “Home fit all our needs well. Closets were organized for extra bedding and towels. Kitchen a bit on the light side, but completely adequate for the simple vacation meals we prepared. Pool may have been heated, but was not while we were there. We still enjoyed the pool though and were very comfortable in this quiet neighborhood. ”
