“5 acres hideaway was simply that: a hideaway from the world while having the city within a 15 minute drive. The place was immaculate. Even after 3 storms, the place was cleaned for me to enjoy the pool area. The host brought over freshly baked sourdough bread on the day of my arrival, that was divine. She also provided cinnamon rolls one morning. This stay provided me with a country home/safe feeling that will keep me coming back.”

“This little cabin is a soothing oasis that feels so very welcoming. The home takes full advantage of surrounding tranquil views. Cabin is super clean and very well maintained, not so much as a cobweb anywhere. My dog loved the fenced in yard. We did not need the tie out line I brought and Lucas had thoughtfully provided one as well (smaller or more ambitious dogs may try to venture thru the back but the rest is fenced). Provided well-seasoned firewood made a beautiful bonfire under the stars....

“Cabin was amazing! It had most everything we needed. Perfect cabin for a spicy couples getaway. And was only 15-20 minutes from Blue Ridge or Copperhill so ideally situated for going into town for an excursion or groceries. We didn't make time for any hiking but wished we had had more time to do that-seems like there is a lot of great hiking in the area. “Wonderful place with room for all !!! Amenities were wonderful and after a cold day on the river was nice to come back to the sauna and hot tub to warm up. The outdoor fire pit was the perfect set up to enjoy s’mores with plenty of seating and the 2nd fire pit with seating near the river was an added bonus. “The view from the patio was absolutely amazing. The host was amazing, friendly, and very helpful, always responding quickly to any questions we had. The cabin was well prepared and stocked with several items that saved us from having to make extra shopping trips. It was a great place to stay with the family and was conveniently located near plenty of activities, including ATV riding, horseback riding, and zip lining. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.”
