OFFERTA SPECIALE OFF STAGIONE PER 2 NOTTI TERZA NOTTE GRATIS. PRIMA DEL WEEKEND DEL GIORNO DELLA MEMORIA E DOPO IL GIORNO DEL LAVORO. Solo una breve passeggiata 400-500 piedi a due spiagge e meno di un miglio dal centro. Questo cottage si trova dietro la casa in North Shore Drive. Il cottage due camere da letto è grande per una famiglia di 4-6. Il casolare si trova in 'The Golden Mile', che prende il suo significato da una bellissima spiaggia che si può camminare per miglia e tramonti che sono incredibili. Spiagge rifugio del Sud sono stati classificati come una delle 10 migliori spiagge del midwest dal tribuno Chicago. Il casolare si trova dall'altra parte della strada dal lago Michigan e tra due spiagge pubbliche che si trovano a circa mezzo isolato di distanza. Il casolare è stato recentemente ristrutturato per l'estate o inverno. Il cottage è dotato di calore, aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto per il massimo comfort. Un patio di fronte al casolare con tavolo e sedie è il luogo ideale per barbecue o semplicemente rilassarsi. C'è un cortile con un pozzo del fuoco e un sacco di legna da ardere, che è condiviso da un altro casolare e la casa principale.

Con le varie attività nella zona, c'è molto da fare. Dal canottaggio, ciclismo, golf, degustazione di vini, fiere d'arte e un sacco di antiquing durante tutto l'anno. Siamo a pochi passi dal centro per lo shopping o la cena. Forniamo parcheggio fuori strada per un auto con parcheggio supplementare sulla strada. Le lenzuola sono fornite, ma sarà necessario portare i propri asciugamani per il bagno e la spiaggia. Siamo animali da compagnia e non fumatori.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids enjoyed this cozy retreat for a beach-centric vacation. The location was ideal and family-friendly. We liked the onsite outdoor dining and lounging areas. The main drawback was that there was very little floorspace or table space for luggage; the tall chests of drawers could be swapped out for shorter pieces with more counter space.

Enjoyable respite

Gary and Debbie were helpful, quick with communication and a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. This cozy cottage was perfect for our adult family of four to spend a four night long weekend. Beaches truly are close by - everywhere and the cottage is situated so you can quickly access shopping, restaurants, the sailing ship adventure and Maritime Museum and a draw bridge. We highly recommend you try Clementines for the food and atmosphere and Six Chicks for great and reasonable breakfast.

Small cottage, perfect location

This cottage was everything we needed as a family of 5 for a weekend in south haven. The 2 beaches across the beach were a quick walk even carrying our toddler and for our 5&7 year old to walk. We had trouble with the lock upon our arrival but the host answered his cell immediately and explained that the door gets sticky when it hasn’t been used frequently and we got it opened. The cottage was a bit musty but the owner had said it was sitting for awhile so we just opened all the windows and aired it out. There were no regular pillows in the bunk bed room but I found pillows and cases in a closet. We’d use this cabin again 100% for another weekend at the lake!

Wonderful stay

We had an awesome time here. Our family needed to use all the cabins on the property. We celebrated my daughter and dad's birthday and had a great time. The beach was very convenient to get to as well. We enjoyed the private yard and bonfire pit too. The owners were very responsive to our needs. Would stay again :)

Convenient stay for small family

The three beds and full kitchen were great for our family of four. We love exploring on foot, and the mile walk into town provided wonderful scenery this October weekend. Proximity to the beach for the cost will be hard to beat.

Great location

We took our 11 month old and nearly 3 year old to South Haven for a long weekend. Since the kids are tiny, we gave each their own room, and we slept on the fold our bed so we could enjoy a drink and tv. The place isn’t the biggest for a family of 4, but we didn’t plan on spending much time other than meals and sleep there. It’s a short drive to a beach with a playground and a short walk to more beaches. When you’re done at the beach, the backyard is great to relax and wind down. Great stay.

Peaceful, Beautiful Neighborhood, Very Close to parks on Lake MI!

The perfect little Home Away from Home! Cozy, private, clean, nice décor, comfortable location to return back to over and over again. Enjoyed Lake MI, Kalhaven bike trail, hiking along Black River, walking out to Lighthouse, and of course the Bakery :) ! Thank You so Much!

Cozy cottage

My husband, a grandson , and myself enjoyed a relaxing weekend, exploring Lake Michigan’s shoreline. It was so nice to have a cozy, warm cottage to spend time in. The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us.

Great Place, But Read The Details

We had a great time here. The property is nice and very clean. It is close to the beech and the distance is easily walkable even for a couple of middle age woman. (We go on a Halloween vacation yearly and are now in our mid fifties.) It was an easy drive from the property to areas of interest such as the light house. The owner had local travel guides and other info on area happenings which was very nice. We missed the part in the information about bringing our own towels and toilet paper, maybe because we are getting old, but we travel alot and this is the only place we have had to bring towels. (I travel for my job and I have never heard of this, although sadly have been places I want my own linens but it has never been a requirement) You also need your own shampoo, soap, ect so plan accordingly. The only other problems we encountered was this owner has other rentals in the same location so be aware of which one you book, we thought we had a deck but this was a different cabin. The beds were very uncomfortable, they made horrible squeeking noises when you sat or changed positions so that is the only real complaint we had. All in all a great stay and nice place to be. The owners were very attentive and answered questions very promptly. They were even very patient in explaining about the towel situation we should've gotten from the information they sent.

Weekend Girls Getaway

I rented this adorable cottage with my two friends so that we could relax and enjoy a weekend together in beautiful South Haven. The location was perfect for us to walk to the beach or check out the action in town. There was ample space and we were very comfortable!
